John Peter Smith Hospital
Johanna Fields My daughter was here for her surgery and like Ive experienced for my surgery in the past, JPS is the greatest place in the world if you want professionalism and great care. She saw no less than seven staff members, from the Doctor, nurses and everyone who would play the part in her care. The wait time was minimal and the discharge was very detailed. I recommend this Hospital to anyone whos seeking a great hospital. Thank you JPS for being a great example of what care and compassion should look like. Thanks again Johanna

Gruuzmb Ivvw I enjoy coming to this location they are great, they always make sure Im well taken care of. The waiting process for intake can be kind of long but its worth waiting for as the services received are awesome. the employees are amazing they are so nice and treat you with respect as well so thats a plus. I especially enjoy coming in to this location because alondra at the front desk is super nice and helpful and also greets me by name which makes my trip there more enjoyable as its more personal and Im not treated as or seen as a crazy loon. Lol well, thanks alondra.. and staff yall are amazing!

Darla Zinchenko Yes there are doctors who are not in the right field but after taking care of people who do not appreciate it, its enough to make any human being be tired of it. Then you have the doctors who gives their full devoted attention. It is an ER their main concern is making sure nothing is broken, youre not bleeding out, and youre not dying. They took really good care of me when I was admitted, they took great care of me when I lost my insurance and doctors. I wouldnt trust any other hospital but this one. The wait time depends on the severity of the visit. If you have a long wait then take it to heart that it means you are not in danger of dying

JPS Psychiatric Emergency Center
Ashley Johnson I was an involuntary admit due to a psychosis episode. Let me start off by saying that I’ve worked at hospitals with direct contact with patients (I don’t want to explain more to remain anonymous). I had NEVER treated a patient the way I was treated at this ward. When you’re dealing with a patient under stress and in panic mode, you do not respond with an aggressive tone. You keep your hands visible at all times. Do what you need to do in order to de-escalate the situation. This “hospital”, if it can even be called that, did none of those things. I was billed $500+ btw, and had bruises all over my legs because I was struck

USMD Hospital at Fort Worth
Jack Eppard Two day stay after a procedure. The staff is **excellent**. All were very professional, friendly and sincerely caring. The food was excellent, albeit in "nutritional" quantities (read that as recommended quantities). Still, very good. Far better than anything I had in the Marine Corps. Rooms and beds were quiet and clean. The staff was constantly monitoring me and asking if I needed anything. Highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs its services.

Cook Childrens Emergency Department (Fort Worth)
Brooke Cordova Emergency visits are just not a fun time, but this hospital makes it bearable for the kids. They were very thorough in their testing and took my concerns for kid very seriously, and they never dismissed any questions or concerns I had. I love that they provide a child specialist who works with the kids to help them understand what is going on. There are always going to be wait times at ERs, and a lot of that depends on the season/time of day. We were fortunate to be seen pretty quickly but even when we were waiting hours for test results, we still felt the staff to be super attentive. I drove 40+ minutes for my child to be seen here and I am glad I mad that decision. These providers care about the kids!
