K Came in due to pneumonia and the staff and everyone has been so nice and accommodating to me. I truly feel like I’m in good hands especially as a young Muslim women who never usually has to go to the hospital. They were quick and attentive given I came into the ER gasping for air and they treated me right away. Everyone has been so nice and explains everything to me in a way that I can understand. They even were very nice to my daughter and my husband when they come to visit me. If I ever have issues again while I’m living near Arlington I will definitely be back.

Katey Shelton I went in for an ACL surgery and was so nervous as I have never had surgery before. I just want to say how incredible the nurses are at this hospital, especially nurse Elizabeth. They are all so caring and kind. I never had to ask for anything. Warm blankets were brought to me throughout my stay and they made sure I was taken care of every second before and after my surgery. My doctor Travis frantz is amazing and answered every question I had. I really recommend this hospital, doctors, and nurses. Thank you!

Matthew Lewis Unfortunately, my dad ended up in the ER yesterday. Luckily, Dr. Heflin took care of him. Dr. Heflin and the ER staff were awesome. Dr. Heflin listened, was empathetic and very helpful. The nurses and staff were fast, attentive, and friendly. In this season of thanksgiving, I just wanted to recognize how great these people are at what they do, and how thankful I am that we ended up there in our time of need.

From day one, she’s been nothing short of outstanding. What sets her apart is how accessible she is—whether through phone, text, or in-office visits. LaTonya Thompson I went to this This hospital today through emergency. And I was very impressed with the great service that I received. Everybody was SO nice and SO kind and professional to me. They treated me with the utmost respect, and they quickly assisted me. I was in and out in less than one hour. As a matter of fact, it only took them about 30 minutes to treat me and send my prescription to my pharmacy. I was very hesitant about coming there because I called emergency on yesterday, and I spoke with someone who was not very professional. But then I got transferred to a nurse named David, and he was so nice, kind, and professional. David was able to assist me over the phone and give me great advice. So, on today I decided to go in and the people were SO kind. I thought maybe I would get the negative person that I spoke with yesterday, but if she was there, I didnt notice. Also, I believe this hospital had a lot of negative reviews. But that was not my experience. I cant say enough about how well my visit went today. I was leary because I switched insurances, a this was the only hospital in my network, and it turned out to be very well. The physician who treated me through emergency name was Doctor Kyle. He was very knowledgeable and he had a solution very quickly. I highly recommended this hospital. I felt VERY comfortable coming there, and it was so nice and clean, and everyone was lovely.

Judy Ginn Whatever you do if you are sick do not see dr Nguyen. I have the worst head cold Ive ever had. My husband had the same cold. She refused me antibiotics! What doctor does that? I will never try to use another telehealth for as long as I live

Guillermo Avellan Jr. Sarah is the Best Primary Care Physician I’ve ever had. She’s very nice, sweet, helpful, and supportive, she really cares about my health, and she prescribes me all of the medical medications that I need. Also I always see Sarah as my Primary Care Physician here at this Medical Clinic once a month every single month.

Jessie Russell I love the staff here Ive been going here since I got pregnant with my daughter who is now 15 months old I go here still and she has her wellness checks here every 3 months I love everybody in there.
