Hunter Wilson Dr. Phillips and Nurse King are incredible. They respond quickly, research issues and provide the best medical advice I have ever witnessed. I am so grateful to be a patient of their practice. I am better off because of them. I highly recommend this practice!

Darius Evans My name is Darius, and I have been a patient at the Fort Worth location since the evening of Friday, February 14, 2025. My admission was prompted by a fall that occurred the previous Monday, leaving me in need of rehabilitation to regain my ability to walk. Faced with the daunting prospect of therapy, I felt anxious about finding a facility that would provide a supportive and reassuring environment. After exploring my options, I was given the opportunity to transfer to Texas Rehabilitation of Fort Worth. When I arrived, it was late in the evening, and most of the staff had already finished for the day, creating a quiet atmosphere that added to my anxiety. However, as soon as I met Shelia, the nurse assigned to me for the night, I felt a sense of relief. What truly stood out, though, was Angel, the patient care technician who was responsible for my care that night. From the moment I rolled through the doors, Angel exuded warmth and compassion that immediately put me at ease. She welcomed me with a genuine, radiant smile that conveyed a sense of comfort. Her friendly and approachable demeanor was far beyond mere professionalism; it felt as if she genuinely cared about my well-being and was invested in my recovery journey. Angel took the time to explain the processes I would undergo and answered my questions with patience and clarity. Her kindness transformed what could have been an overwhelming experience into a welcoming environment. For that, I am profoundly grateful. In those initial moments, I felt a glimmer of hope and reassurance, knowing I was in good hands as I began this challenging journey toward healing and regaining my independence. I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for several staff members who have made my experience here so welcoming, especially considering I have only been here for the weekend so far. My nurses, Shelia, Francis, and Robinson, along with one other nurse whose name escapes me at the moment, have truly impressed me with their professionalism and compassion. Each of them exhibits a remarkable level of dedication to their work and goes above and beyond to ensure that I am comfortable and well taken care of. They are attentive to my needs and have made it a priority to ensure that I never feel neglected. Additionally, I cannot praise the patient care techs, Angel and Lisa, enough. Their support has been outstanding; they check in on me regularly, ensuring I have everything I need and that I am doing okay throughout the day and night. In today’s world, it can be challenging to find individuals who genuinely care for others, but it is clear that Angel and Lisa take immense pride in their responsibilities. Unlike many who are solely focused on financial gain, these staff members exemplify a true passion for their roles and for providing exceptional care to their patients. Their commitment to helping others is a breath of fresh air and does not go unnoticed. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the physical therapy and occupational therapy teams. They have been wonderful throughout my recovery, and I appreciate the personalized one-on-one sessions and engaging group activities. The food has pleasantly surprised me; I initially had my doubts, but the meals are fantastic, thanks to the dedicated dietary team. I’m excited for Monday when I’ll meet the rest of this remarkable team. Their commitment to my recovery has made a significant positive impact, and I look forward to continuing this journey with them.

Jack Jones I waited until my late 40s to establish a relationship with a doctor, and I can confidently say I hit a home run with Dr. Elizabeth Story. From day one, she’s been nothing short of outstanding. What sets her apart is how accessible she is—whether through phone, text, or in-office visits. As someone with a busy schedule, that kind of availability is invaluable. Dr. Story has the perfect balance of warmth and understanding, but she also gives it to you straight. She doesn’t sugarcoat things, and I appreciate that honesty when it comes to understanding my health and the steps I need to take to improve. Her delivery is clear, compassionate, and motivating, which makes all the difference. I also want to mention the incredible team that supports her. Whether you’re in the office or calling in, you’ll hear familiar voices, and it’s clear that Dr. Story’s team is just as dedicated and knowledgeable as she is. This consistency makes me feel confident that I’m in good hands all around. Overall, Dr. Elizabeth Story has been a true partner in my healthcare journey, and I’m so grateful for her expertise and care.

Tee Russell Disappointed that everything has to be about money. If you come to your physical and have anything going on that you want to discuss. You have to change to a regular appointment. So basically, you can’t talk about anything else but your physical. Never heard of this. Then if you have tested positive for COVID, they won’t call anything in for you without you doing a virtual appointment which could be scheduled 2-4 days out. What’s the point after 5 days when you should be getting over it. I feel like I can’t get the adequate care without making sure I’m paying an extra dollar first. I would have understood calling something in but also scheduling the appointment but to just say no nothing until then doesn’t seem very empathetic or compassionate for your patients in my opinion.

Darla Zinchenko Yes there are doctors who are not in the right field but after taking care of people who do not appreciate it, its enough to make any human being be tired of it. Then you have the doctors who gives their full devoted attention. It is an ER their main concern is making sure nothing is broken, youre not bleeding out, and youre not dying. They took really good care of me when I was admitted, they took great care of me when I lost my insurance and doctors. I wouldnt trust any other hospital but this one. The wait time depends on the severity of the visit. If you have a long wait then take it to heart that it means you are not in danger of dying

Don Mingo Im so very thankful for UT Southwestern Fort Worth. They are personal, pleasant, and proficient. I really appreciate my doctors. And, the MyChart app is brilliant.

Judy Ginn Whatever you do if you are sick do not see dr Nguyen. I have the worst head cold Ive ever had. My husband had the same cold. She refused me antibiotics! What doctor does that? I will never try to use another telehealth for as long as I live

Jill Hill Dr. Ellis and his staff were very professional and thorough. I was impressed with his diagnostic protocols to identify the exact problem. Dr. Ellis made it easy to put my spine issues in his hands. I would definitely go back to him again. Thank you Dr. Ellis, my pain is gone!
