5 /5 C. Raul: So far my experience has been great with mechanic masters. I do not know the owners personally , but they seemed to have a good rapport with their customers. I personally watched Ruben inspect my vehicle for the oil leak I suspected, he was very thorough, actually pointing out that my CV axles were about ready to be replaced. Some mechanics will suggest things "you should" replace that may not necessarily need replacing. Ruben took the time to point out the damage so I could physically see it, so I would know it would need replacing and he did not pressure or even ask if I wanted it worked on, just made me aware. So overall 5 ⭐ so far. I will update this review after I receive my vehicle back and have seen the finished work.
Update : After recieving my vehicle back I was very pleased. The service here is really excellent, communication excellent and attention to detail excellent. I would absolutely recommend. I read in another review that Ruben is a perfectionist, he must be, my engine is physically cleaner than when I brought it in, he also gave me a few tips on some small easy fixes I could do myself to improve my vehicles overall performance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
