They are fast, professional, honest, and I have never had an issue with their work. They are also good at following up after with you to make sure that the vehicle is running like it should and to make sure their work was done to your satisfaction.
The price they give you over the phone is the price you pay when you go to pick up your car. There are so many places that will give you one price, and that will be different when you go to pick it up (fees, tests, shop rags...). At other places, the difference can be substantial. To me that is a big part of that honesty I mentioned. Not to mention respect.
I have taken my vehicles here for years. I would not think to take them anywhere else. While I have gone here for years, this is the first time that I have written a review. No other reason than I typically do not write reviews. They have done more than enough to earn my 5 star review.
They will call you about other items that they think may need to be addressed, but they never give you the hard sell. Ashley is always very kind and helpful at the front. She is very up front and clear on the pricing and what the mechanics say is the state of your car. As for the mechanics, I mainly have worked with Robert and Vince on the repairs. Both are knowledgeable and talk to you straight about your car. I find that most of the time, their price cannot be beat. I would like to say they are great at addressing issues with workmanship, but I honestly have never had a problem with their work that needed to be addressed. If I ever did, I have no doubt that they would address it promptly and properly.
If you cannot afford to not have your car, they are fast as well.
When I drop my car off in the morning, I rarely have to wait more than a day for the work to get done. It has only been when I have additional work done that it may go to a second day. Typically I get it that afternoon. They make repairs faster than Walmart changes oil. Even though they are fast, the workmanship is there. You are not sacrificing quality for speed. Here I have always gotten both.
If you are looking for an honest repair shop, this is the place you should go. Car repairs are not cheap, and the last thing you want is to feel like you are being taken advantage of. Here you can expect honest work and honest prices.
