Britney Grogg I had previously written a one-star review; I have removed it and am writing this new one.
Mistakes happen, and its what we do as business owners/managers to correct those mistakes that hold more weight than the mistake itself. As a business owner myself, I have a great deal of appreciation for the way my issues with my cars services was handled.
I want to clarify that the one star was for communication issues. It wasnt any problem with the mechanics or the job they did. They are good mechanics.
The reason for five stars:
I took my car back in 4 days after the pickup from the first visit. I had a mistake of correlation and causation. I dont know much about cars, but after my AC was fixed, I noticed that my rear tires were losing air pressure rapidly. Regardless, they did an excellent job fixing all problems. They even addressed this rattling sound with a compressor for me.
They werent under any obligation to get me serviced again with a price change. Especially since it was a separate second issue, they just wanted to make things right. That is incredible business practice. Although I hope my car is good on mechanic visits for a while, Id come back here because I know they do good work.
If I could offer one bit of advice, it would be: There are people like me who hear "The car will be ready at 3 pm tomorrow," and unless something else is communicated, we show up at 3 expecting the car to be ready.
Additionally, I wasnt aware that someone involved in my cars repair had a personal emergency until the third time we were turned away for pickup at the scheduled time.
Most people are kind-hearted, and when something like that is communicated, we will take the opportunity to show grace and understanding.
I hope all is well with this team and their families, and I appreciate all the help I received.
