Robert Gomez Took my SUV and Matt has done work for us for quite some time in the past. They go above and beyond, this time they fixed a hot water hose that was leaking and they worked directly with warranty company to get it paid for. I just dropped off and didnt have to worry about calling warranty or anything... They will continue to earn my business.

DOHN HOWARD I have been using Mr Houssain for probably 12 years now and you can’t find a better mechanic and now his son is there as well and I’m sure he’s getting all the fabulous training from his father. I have to say Mr Houssain is fair and honest I am a disabled person Who makes very little income. Mr Houssain always tries to help me but the biggest thing that impresses me is that if there’s not a problem he will tell you & he will not get under there and make problems so that you have to pay a bunch of money. He’ll tell you “I don’t find any problem you need to take it back home” lol. or like he told me once… “I think it’s the user”… It was pretty funny. As strange as this sounds sometimes I feel like he treats me like one of his daughters and I trust him as much as I do my own father. He is just a good honest family man who runs a good honest business and I hope to use him for years to come and I’m grateful that he doesn’t find stuff wrong to keep me coming back just to make money off of me like so many mechanics out there do. Yvonnie Ozune I have been taking advantage of by many Mechanics and I was starting to lose my faith in humanity until I went to Sun auto. They were so kind and informative. I don’t know much about cars, but they were willing to show me what was wrong and how they were gonna fix it and explain it and layman terms. They also helped me apply for credit to help cover the cost because it was an expense I was not expecting. I am so grateful to the Mechanics at Sun auto words cannot explain the gratitude that I feel for them. I will forever be a customer of theirs . My car is literally running better than the day I got it.

Carolyn Martinez Having car issues is stressful enough. But trying to find a place with a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly staff can be overwhelming and seems almost impossible. But I found just such a shop! I recently took my vehicle into Auto Service Experts. I knew I had a few different problems going on with my car and I was afraid I was going to have to go to a few other shops as well. However, I was pleasantly surprised the automotive specialists at ASE could correct them ALL...quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices for the quality of work. The guys there really cared and made sure all my issues were resolved. And a huge plus in my book... Jason never made me feel dumb when I asked questions. He was so patient with my inquiries. Jason took the time to explain things & show me how they work. Love the central location and clean waiting area. So thankful to feel safe on the road again with a reliable vehicle. My car is running better than it has in years! Definitely a lifelong customer. Auto Services Experts will be taking care of all my other vehicles’ needs as well. Get your car there and get it up and running correctly by some of the top mechanics in the city!

Melissa schnelle So glad I stopped by Sun Auto to get a quote! I had just left Discount Tire and did not feel comfortable with the outcome. Sam was extremely helpful and got me a quote on the tires I was requesting. He ordered them and we set an appointment to have them put on. I arrived for the appointment and still had questions but all were answered to my satisfaction. I was happy they would advise me on brakes, rotors, oil change and such. I felt comfortable and very much trusted this establishment. My car was ready earlier than I expected and they offered to send a car for me. Customer service is few and far between these days but Sun Auto know how important it is.

Bill I dealt with nearly everyone working at TrustRock during my recent visit and all were knowledgable, professional, and most importantly, interested in resolving my issues on two of my cars. I had to leave one of the cars overnight due to their workload. Not a problem. The issues were resolved to my satisfaction, at what I feel was a reasonable price. Along the way, I found the new owners and the rest of the staff to be friendly and helpful. I cant ask for better than that.

Wesley Dulin If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic go with these guys. They did work on my truck and when the problem didn’t fix they didn’t charge me for any of the work or parts. I went back the next week to get it fixed. They communicate better than any mechanic I’ve ever worked with and they will send a detailed email including everything that works and doesn’t in your vehicle (pictures included). They have amazing customer service and there are some funny guys. It may be a drive for me but it’s worth going 20 minutes out of the way.

the-tinygerman I’m very new to the area, and this was my third place to call for recharging the AC refrigerant in my car. The service was fast, the price was reasonable, and the staff was friendly, informative, and super sweet when I had to ask them to hold my car for a night due to time constraint. I felt very welcomed to the neighborhood.

Lisa Creighton My car messed up on the way home from work on Friday night. I called early Saturday morning and spoke to Jesse. He came over and ran diagnostics on my car. I needed a new coil pack. Jesse went up to the auto parts store and picked up the part brought it back put it on my car. Price was very reasonable. I was very impressed with the speed and knowledge that Jesse had. I am not sure if Ive ever been treated that good in an auto garage. I will definitely use Jesse again.
