Angela Mitchell I made an appointment through there website and dropped off my car. I was greeted with very friendly staff. I finished my errands and picked up my car 2 hours after drop off and it was ready. They gave me a read out of what they fixed. I would have to say that the whole team is fast and efficient along with friendly.

Stephanie Kovacs Justin and the crash champions team were fantastic. They walked me through the entire process from start to finish. The texting of updates made me feel like I was in the loop the entire time. I picked up my car and it looks amazing! I highly recommend them.

Breana Henderson I needed new brake pads and rotors, and have been overcharged before, so I did some research before coming here after leaving another shop earlier today. I felt bad for coming during lunch time, but I could never tell if I inconvenienced anyone because they were so nice and attentive to what I needed. Chris helped me today and he was the best! I got what I needed to be fixed and he showed me some other things that needed attention. I did not feel like he was trying to over sell me on anything. He was amazing and I felt comfortable talking to him. The prices are also very reasonable! If I need any more work done Im definitely coming here, and will be sending my friend here to get her brakes done as well. Thanks for the great and quick service!

Harry Robinson I had Chris replace a timing belt in an older Toyota Tundra. It was a huge job, to me anyway. Chris arrived on time, kept me updated throughout the process. I am very happy with the service I received. Chris really goes out of his way to provide a good experience.

David Conklin I have taken two of my vehicles here for performance upgrades and not only was the work done quickly and efficiently, but the cost was quite fair. John (owner) is not only really helpful and knowledgable, but he is very honest as well. I had some questions about additional upgrades and instead of just telling me to get the parts and they would install them, he advised me what would actually be of benefit or not. Appointment scheduling is simple and efficient, work is quality, and staff are extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend this place for anyone needing repair or upgrades!

Frank Thomas Had a Huge screw in my front tire the tire was going flat and I needed to get to work. With only 45 minutes to get to work the Extremely Friendly and Professionals at this shop had my tire fixed and ready to go within 15 minutes with cars ahead of mine. Nice job great price. Michelle Brooks My check engine light came on and I had no clue what was wrong. Goodhood ran a full diagnostic, explained the issue (O2 sensor), and fixed it the same day. Super transparent the whole time. I highly recommend.
