Pete Larson Great shop, my daughter is a student at UTD and is all alone in Plano. She had some car issues and having heard how great of a shop Fifth Gear is she set an appointment. Their drop off location is super convenient for her. Once they inspected the vehicle they were able to send me pictures and videos so I could understand and make an educated decision on what to do. Jake was very helpful and worked with me to make sure she was safe and how to proceed repairing the vehicle. I feel much better now knowing she has a shop she can count on to keep her older car running. Thanks again.

Breana Henderson I needed new brake pads and rotors, and have been overcharged before, so I did some research before coming here after leaving another shop earlier today. I felt bad for coming during lunch time, but I could never tell if I inconvenienced anyone because they were so nice and attentive to what I needed. Chris helped me today and he was the best! I got what I needed to be fixed and he showed me some other things that needed attention. I did not feel like he was trying to over sell me on anything. He was amazing and I felt comfortable talking to him. The prices are also very reasonable! If I need any more work done Im definitely coming here, and will be sending my friend here to get her brakes done as well. Thanks for the great and quick service!

Miles Byford I’ve been here about 4 times now, and this is the Best Kwik Kar by far here in Texas that I know of! Very friendly and hard working staff. They won’t pull a fast one on you, they genuinely just wanna help. They’re super fair and will provide you honest necessary info you need to better your car. I’m glad to have found a trust worthy spot for all my car needs!

bob spano I was there 6/3 about my 2011 F150. I went in to talk about my AC. A few different issues. One of the topics were my fan speed. It was blowing about 33%. The indicator showed I can change it but nothing happened. Alex showed me where & why this may be happening. He said it was the blower motor resister. Well sure enough he was right! I had replaced it with an OEM part. Could of got it from Amazon for like $25 but for a 90 warranty, nope. Got motorcraft 2 year warranty. Worth the extra money. Alex was great, vey informative, friendly, just a good person all around. I defiantly would recommend them. Ill be using them. Thank you!

James Randle I have used Economy Transmission several times over the last 10-15yrs. It was recommended to me a long time ago and since then I have recommended them to other friends and co-workers. dean cunningham Had some body damage on my brand new car took it in to a well-known collision repair chain got an estimated $3000 took it over to Hernandez they repaired it in 4 days looks brand new and was less then a third the cost Repair was truly a work of art I wont lie as you pull up to the place it looks a little concerning but everybody there was professional One other point it is a cash only facility

Frank Thomas Had a Huge screw in my front tire the tire was going flat and I needed to get to work. With only 45 minutes to get to work the Extremely Friendly and Professionals at this shop had my tire fixed and ready to go within 15 minutes with cars ahead of mine. Nice job great price. Taylor Rivera I’ve been in the car business for a very long time, but this store is something special. I took my truck in for a full synthetic oil change, and the kind young gentleman named Jordan (general manager) patiently listen to my problem and helped me out tremendously. Him and his staff are legendary, if you’re looking for the best oil change in the county then this is your best bet and his team are also knowledgeable about a lot of car stuff too.
