After going to 3 different shops that were overpriced and not exactly sure if what the issue may have been we came across Burdick, specifically Lee, who was able to locate and repair the issue quickly, efficiently and most important - for a fair price! My husband and were even able to stop by to have our rear view mirror replaced today in less than 5 minutes. It’s really refreshing to find a honest American repair shop in McKinney. Steven Paul Carlos garage, replaced my a/c compressor and condencer, and the a/c works like a new one, you guys did a great job, they also put a timming belt on my daughters Honda Pilot, they did a great job. Punkie TheGreat They definitely know what theyre doing. It has taken me time to find a genuine place that isnt trying to scam me. They are just trying to fix vehicles. Last year I went to fix three different things, and Im back today to get my baby checked out again. My van is very important to my family and I, so being able to find a place where quality meets genuine work, is fantastic! They give free diagnosis, and will print off the work for you and explain in detail whats most important to least important for your car. They dont try to up-sell you for anything either. Something I can appreciate.

Pete Larson Great shop, my daughter is a student at UTD and is all alone in Plano. She had some car issues and having heard how great of a shop Fifth Gear is she set an appointment. Their drop off location is super convenient for her. Once they inspected the vehicle they were able to send me pictures and videos so I could understand and make an educated decision on what to do. Jake was very helpful and worked with me to make sure she was safe and how to proceed repairing the vehicle. I feel much better now knowing she has a shop she can count on to keep her older car running. Thanks again.
