Ashton Long I am so grateful to Noel for coming to my work so quickly. I got to work fine, turned the car off, and when I went to lock it - nothing! And the car wouldnt turn back on. Ended up being what seemed like a pretty easy and quick fix but I wouldve been stuck without a vehicle if he hadnt been able to stop by! Thank you so much!

Austin Tracy Chad and the team at Third Coast went beyond to ensure that the 328d wagon stays on the road for another 200k miles. After addressing the issues I was aware of, they were able to find a few other things that needed to be address to make sure it stays driving for years to come. The car had an open recall as well. Once the shop work was done, he took the car to BMW and picked it up when they were done with it and did one last check. I don’t want to even think how much the dealer would have charged for the work that Third Coast Bimmers did for us. Also, if you know that the car might be in the shop for a while, ask about his loaners. Again a massive thanks to Third Coast.

christopher First time using these guys. If you’re like me it’s hard to trust mechanics especially if you have never experienced them or had anyone close to you recommend them. I was in need of brakes for my truck as I was having some serious issues. They assessed the issues and were upfront on a quote. Did the work professionally and timely and I had my truck back right after a round of golf. Thanks guys for a job well done and a fair price. I’ll be back for sure !

Darlene Gregg I came in for my yearly inspection for the first time after years of seeing this place and was very pleasantly surprised with the genuinely great service. The office is homely and spacious, nice and cool for a hot July day. He found two little marker lights out and replaced them for me at minimum cost, inspected my truck and passed her. The man that took care of me was very kind in the ways he spoke to me, very accommodating in small discussion, and he gave me that good old fashioned treatment by opening my door for me, telling me to stay cool out in this heat, and shut the door for me before sending me off. Ill definitely recommend this place to anyone. Im so glad I came here.

Every single time, he’s been honest, kind, and genuinely helpful. I’ve always meant to leave a review, but somehow it kept slipping my mind, not today! I never question where to take my car because the trust I have in Brown’s is unmatched. It’s rare to find that kind of reliability and care these days. 10/10. Tiansheng Wang I’m very happy with their service, they are honest. The dealer charged me $200 for diagnosis and would charge me for ~$5100. Jim and his team fixed the problems for ~$1800 and suggest me to fix other problems later when it’s necessary. Highly recommended!
