Lakeisha Scott My parents and I bring all of our vehicles to this location, and we’ve always had a great experience. Heidi and Gabby are outstanding — they take the time to clearly explain any issues or recommendations, along with the potential impact of choosing to move forward with the service or not. The mechanics are also excellent and often remember details about your vehicle if they’ve worked on it before, which is helpful if questions come up later. Regardless of the wait time, I always feel confident that I’ll be well taken care of here, especially with Heidi and Gabby as service advisors.

Timothy Johnson If I could give 10 stars for these guys I most definitely would. This guys are truly awesome. I took my truck and my daughter’s car for diagnostic and repairs. The manager was upfront and honest. He did not try to feed me a line like a lot of other mechanics do to customers. He told what the problems were for our vehicles and I allotted them the opportunity to do the repairs. Their work was top notch and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs repairs. They may be the cheapest but they stand by their work. Awesome!!!!

Alvin Chung The new shop owner Leo is very professional in handling his business. He leads his team well and does not mind getting his hands dirty in order to get the job done. He was transparent in the major repair that is needed for my car’s engine. It was an expensive repair! He was responsive and communicated well during in-person interactions and phone calls and I had my car back within 48 hours. I highly recommend the services provided by his auto shop!

Dill Short Review: Understanding, Willing to listen, knowledgeable and skilled in motor vehicle trade. Fixed my issue that came from another shop. I am coming back here again for other vehicles. Long Review: 2023 4Runner SR5 Premium 4x4 (after market front/rear struts and rear coil springs) On 12/26/2024 I originally took my car to a different shop to do an alignment. After waiting about an hour they finally took my car back. An hour later I get my car back with the alignment papers saying this is the best they can do due to the aftermarket parts I put on. Vehicle is now pulling hard right. Morning of 12/27/2024, I was referred to Elliotts Automotive by a friend with an F150 and custom suspension parts. I called Elliotts Automotive immediately and was able to make contact with someone knowledgeable and understanding of my issue. They gave me a rough run down of everything and gave a final statement that until I bring in my vehicle, this is the best info they can provide me. About an hour later, I arrived to the shop and was greeted by the front staff and the person who took my phone call. (I forget their name). They spoke with me, came outside and crawled under my vehicle ON THE SPOT in the parking lot. You dont see that anywhere else! We were originally planning to do it monday as I needed the car for the weekend and could not leave it. However, after the inspection, they said they could knock it out real quick. Took the vehicle to the back and no more than 25-30 minutes later, my vehicle was in the front with PERFECTLY aligned suspension. Something the other shop said it was IMPOSSIBLE to do. I paid my dues, and thanked everyone who helped fix my issue and walked out with a smile on my face and a straight true driving vehicle. This is now my go to location for all my vehicles.

James Harper My AC was blowing warm air, and I assumed I needed a recharge. He checked the system first and found a small issue with the compressor relay, swapped it out, and now it’s working perfectly.

Benjamin Griesel I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive! Ive had them do a full engine swap and also had them do a full brake change and both times they took great care of me. Jean-Paul was able to help diagnose and take care of any problems I had. He was very clear and knowledgeable and helped explain exactly what the problem was and was able to give me a fair price. Compared to my experiences with other mechanics in the area, coming to CBA has been a night and day difference and I will definitely be returning if other issues need to be fixed!

Tiansheng Wang I’m very happy with their service, they are honest. The dealer charged me $200 for diagnosis and would charge me for ~$5100. Jim and his team fixed the problems for ~$1800 and suggest me to fix other problems later when it’s necessary. Highly recommended!

Darryl Johnson I was promptly greeted by Maxwell. He was professional & detail oriented. He kept me updated every step of the process. Everything was explained and shown to me concerning my vehicle. HE WAS HONEST & that is rare in the auto repair business. Because of him, I will be getting all my auto work done there. What a great experience from beginning to end. Kudos Maxwell & the awesome mechanic staff!!! The slim Black mechanic was excellent as well!!! Knowledgeable!

Darlene Gregg I came in for my yearly inspection for the first time after years of seeing this place and was very pleasantly surprised with the genuinely great service. The office is homely and spacious, nice and cool for a hot July day. He found two little marker lights out and replaced them for me at minimum cost, inspected my truck and passed her. The man that took care of me was very kind in the ways he spoke to me, very accommodating in small discussion, and he gave me that good old fashioned treatment by opening my door for me, telling me to stay cool out in this heat, and shut the door for me before sending me off. Ill definitely recommend this place to anyone. Im so glad I came here.
