alex rudenko I got a 6.0 powerstroke with an engine taken apart and on a back seat. 6.0 is not the easiest truck to work on, and not everyone wants to deal with them. Ted gave me a quote and we agreed and he started working on it got me oringed heads arp studs and more, He didnt give me the truck back until it was running smooth, and at the end of the project price stayed the same, there where no extra fees like other shops like to throw at you. I definitely recommend this shop and will be coming back in the future. Clean shop, professional crew. Thank you, Ted, and your team. Honest people, great service

joseph deleonardis They always treat me really well and are really honest about what maintenance needs to be done. Their input is always based on the inspection report and not maintenance periodicities like a dealership would. Sometimes the work will take longer than expected because of waiting for a bay to pull your car but it’s not a big deal just take the shuttle and wait at home or work. As long as I’m in San Antonio I’ll always ask them to do the work for me.

Chet Marko I have known Wes and Vicki for years, they are two of the most honest and straight forward people you will ever meet. I used to manage SW Lift, a good mechanic is worth his weight in gold. Wes has forgotten more than most mechanics know. Honesty and Experience is everything.

gary geldart We are new to Bandera and needed our two vehicles serviced. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I had a flat on my way home yesterday evening. They were closed but allowed me to have the tow truck drop it off in their yard. These folks care about their customers.

After having my vehicle at a different repair facility for over a week, it never being completed nor repaired properly and almost ruined , I decided to take it to Goose Automotive on Bandera. They were able to fix the damage the other shop had done and fix the car properly in two days!!! Impressive!! Excellent customer service in the front office by Joseph and excellent craftsmanship on the floor by Jake. This shop is highly recommendable and I am extremely satisfied and at peace now having the car repaired properly and on a superb timely manner. Thank you Goose Automotive

Gali Knight Clean and family friendly facility! Kids area with seating for parents and separate adult tv area with couches. Bathroom has changing table and there’s even a coffee and water area too. Crystal was so accommodating and friendly while Shawn was informative and timely. Will definitely be back.

Vico Had been dealing with persistent ABS issues after a previous vendor failed to come through. Fortunately, this shop came through when I needed it most. The staff was extremely helpful and quickly sourced a replacement part. They got everything taken care of fast and had me back on the road in no time. Excellent service and great customer support
