joseph deleonardis They always treat me really well and are really honest about what maintenance needs to be done. Their input is always based on the inspection report and not maintenance periodicities like a dealership would. Sometimes the work will take longer than expected because of waiting for a bay to pull your car but it’s not a big deal just take the shuttle and wait at home or work. As long as I’m in San Antonio I’ll always ask them to do the work for me.

Mike Lee Had an issue with our RVs A/C... I feared the worst! But Wayne came out to our location, inspected unit and gave me some tips on proper A/C care and maintenance..... Billy Had a problem with my Suburban not blowing warm air and these guys had it diagnosed in minutes! They also replaced some shocks for me, not to mention that they took my truck in immediately and provided excellent service! Gali Knight Clean and family friendly facility! Kids area with seating for parents and separate adult tv area with couches. Bathroom has changing table and there’s even a coffee and water area too. Crystal was so accommodating and friendly while Shawn was informative and timely. Will definitely be back.

Colleen Simchak I had suspicions my battery was dying so I stopped by in the morning before work to have it tested. Kim was wonderful! She tested the battery for me, helped me order a replacement, jumped my car (which had died since turning it off) and called me as soon as my new battery came in! I am grateful for her kindness and assistance.

Lanier Nelson I got a flat on my way back to the office in Kerrville a half mile outside of town. Someone stopped and said I should take it to Tripps. Boy am I glad I did! They were super quick and very affordable. Thank God the tire pressure sensor didnt break. That was the best $17.47 I have ever spent! I wish I could give them a 6th star.

Benjamin I just want to give a huge thank you to J & C Auto Services, they provided incredible service. The mechanics here are trustworthy and super reliable and go above and beyond with there services, I couldnt be happier. I brought my car here because it was making a loud cranking and popping noise in the front drivers side of the tire area when driving. J & C was able to get me in quickly and performed a diagnostic and found the issue right away. They were incredibly fair with their pricing and with informing me what it would take to get it fixed. They performed the work same day and I was able to pick up my car before they closed. This is the only auto repair shop that I will take my vehicle to. If you are looking for an auto repair shop that has reliable and trustworthy mechanics that wont try to upsell you on anything or rip you off but that are good people and care about helping you fix your situation, this is the place to go without question! I will definitely be coming back to have more work done in the future if I need it, thanks again J & C Auto Services!
