Rush Let me tell you, Alan is the nicest guy youll ever meet. Hes an excellent communicator, and extremely knowledgeable! Everything youd ever want in any service industry. In fact, if everyone was even a fraction the professional Alan is, this world would be a much better place! He had our presumed dead RV rooftop air conditioner up and running in no-time flat with no new parts required! Hes like MacGyver! Or a wizard! Very much appreciate him and will recommend A.M. joseph deleonardis They always treat me really well and are really honest about what maintenance needs to be done. Their input is always based on the inspection report and not maintenance periodicities like a dealership would. Sometimes the work will take longer than expected because of waiting for a bay to pull your car but it’s not a big deal just take the shuttle and wait at home or work. As long as I’m in San Antonio I’ll always ask them to do the work for me.

After having my vehicle at a different repair facility for over a week, it never being completed nor repaired properly and almost ruined , I decided to take it to Goose Automotive on Bandera. They were able to fix the damage the other shop had done and fix the car properly in two days!!! Impressive!! Excellent customer service in the front office by Joseph and excellent craftsmanship on the floor by Jake. This shop is highly recommendable and I am extremely satisfied and at peace now having the car repaired properly and on a superb timely manner. Thank you Goose Automotive

gary geldart We are new to Bandera and needed our two vehicles serviced. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I had a flat on my way home yesterday evening. They were closed but allowed me to have the tow truck drop it off in their yard. These folks care about their customers.

Lanier Nelson I got a flat on my way back to the office in Kerrville a half mile outside of town. Someone stopped and said I should take it to Tripps. Boy am I glad I did! They were super quick and very affordable. Thank God the tire pressure sensor didnt break. That was the best $17.47 I have ever spent! I wish I could give them a 6th star.

Billy Had a problem with my Suburban not blowing warm air and these guys had it diagnosed in minutes! They also replaced some shocks for me, not to mention that they took my truck in immediately and provided excellent service! Gali Knight Clean and family friendly facility! Kids area with seating for parents and separate adult tv area with couches. Bathroom has changing table and there’s even a coffee and water area too. Crystal was so accommodating and friendly while Shawn was informative and timely. Will definitely be back.
