Benjamin I just want to give a huge thank you to J & C Auto Services, they provided incredible service. The mechanics here are trustworthy and super reliable and go above and beyond with there services, I couldnt be happier. I brought my car here because it was making a loud cranking and popping noise in the front drivers side of the tire area when driving. J & C was able to get me in quickly and performed a diagnostic and found the issue right away. They were incredibly fair with their pricing and with informing me what it would take to get it fixed. They performed the work same day and I was able to pick up my car before they closed. This is the only auto repair shop that I will take my vehicle to. If you are looking for an auto repair shop that has reliable and trustworthy mechanics that wont try to upsell you on anything or rip you off but that are good people and care about helping you fix your situation, this is the place to go without question! I will definitely be coming back to have more work done in the future if I need it, thanks again J & C Auto Services!

Colleen Simchak I had suspicions my battery was dying so I stopped by in the morning before work to have it tested. Kim was wonderful! She tested the battery for me, helped me order a replacement, jumped my car (which had died since turning it off) and called me as soon as my new battery came in! I am grateful for her kindness and assistance.

Chris Zep Amazing service with a smile. After having my vehicle at a different repair facility for over a week, it never being completed nor repaired properly and almost ruined , I decided to take it to Goose Automotive on Bandera. They were able to fix the damage the other shop had done and fix the car properly in two days!!! Impressive!! Excellent customer service in the front office by Joseph and excellent craftsmanship on the floor by Jake. This shop is highly recommendable and I am extremely satisfied and at peace now having the car repaired properly and on a superb timely manner. Thank you Goose Automotive

gary geldart We are new to Bandera and needed our two vehicles serviced. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I had a flat on my way home yesterday evening. They were closed but allowed me to have the tow truck drop it off in their yard. These folks care about their customers.

Lanier Nelson I got a flat on my way back to the office in Kerrville a half mile outside of town. Someone stopped and said I should take it to Tripps. Boy am I glad I did! They were super quick and very affordable. Thank God the tire pressure sensor didnt break. That was the best $17.47 I have ever spent! I wish I could give them a 6th star.

Vico Had been dealing with persistent ABS issues after a previous vendor failed to come through. Fortunately, this shop came through when I needed it most. The staff was extremely helpful and quickly sourced a replacement part. They got everything taken care of fast and had me back on the road in no time. Excellent service and great customer support
