bob spano I was there 6/3 about my 2011 F150. I went in to talk about my AC. A few different issues. One of the topics were my fan speed. It was blowing about 33%. The indicator showed I can change it but nothing happened. Alex showed me where & why this may be happening. He said it was the blower motor resister. Well sure enough he was right! I had replaced it with an OEM part. Could of got it from Amazon for like $25 but for a 90 warranty, nope. Got motorcraft 2 year warranty. Worth the extra money. Alex was great, vey informative, friendly, just a good person all around. I defiantly would recommend them. Ill be using them. Thank you!

Erica Soto Weve been coming here for about two years now, I think? These guys are literally the best. Theyre super honest, clear and communicative, and the service is always fast. I came in here a few days ago for a car inspection, but also knowing something was wrong with the breaks. They identified the issue, and I was able to get both axels done in two hours (I came in early too, so that helped). I also just come here for regular oil changes and yearly inspects for registering my car. Always super friendly, nice, and fast!

Breana Henderson I needed new brake pads and rotors, and have been overcharged before, so I did some research before coming here after leaving another shop earlier today. I felt bad for coming during lunch time, but I could never tell if I inconvenienced anyone because they were so nice and attentive to what I needed. Chris helped me today and he was the best! I got what I needed to be fixed and he showed me some other things that needed attention. I did not feel like he was trying to over sell me on anything. He was amazing and I felt comfortable talking to him. The prices are also very reasonable! If I need any more work done Im definitely coming here, and will be sending my friend here to get her brakes done as well. Thanks for the great and quick service!

M P Fantastic service and repairs! After going to 3 different shops that were overpriced and not exactly sure if what the issue may have been we came across Burdick, specifically Lee, who was able to locate and repair the issue quickly, efficiently and most important - for a fair price! My husband and were even able to stop by to have our rear view mirror replaced today in less than 5 minutes. It’s really refreshing to find a honest American repair shop in McKinney. Patricia Czekaj I had a malfunctioning rear passenger window during the real strong thunderstorms in early June. I called Chandler around 10am the next morning, it was fixed same day. Plus he fixed my hatchback so it now shuts - a different and allegedly more experienced local mechanic wanted $418 for the repair! It took Chandler just a few minutes and it was free! Hes a good guy who does good work. Absolutely recommend. Paul
