For a guy who rarely sees a doctor , this experience makes it easier to go for me. All around a fantastic experience from start to finish. 100 percent happy with my appointment

Waad Alsaad Dr. Mayada Ali is one of the best doctors I have met. She takes great care of her patients, gives them enough time, understands all the details of their illness, and then gives them treatment. She is humane in her profession, and this is the first thing that every doctor should have. However, some doctors I have met are senior specialists and have no sense of responsibility towards their patients, nor an ounce of humanity. They do not give the patient his rights, who pays them large sums of money in addition to paying health insurance. I wish her all the best and success in her professional life. If she is good with her patients today, I hope she will be excellent with them tomorrow so that she can receive our support.

Ann Kelley Staff are helpful & friendly, dr. Odeyomi is very competent & knoledgibl, she takes time to listen & offices practical help. I never feel she is rushed or in a hurry to get to her needy patient. The round rock location is very convenient, plenty of parking, a large waiting room. I filled out forms & had a short wait before I was taken to an exam room, the medical assistant was very nice & quickly completed an assessment competently. I didn’t have to wait long before the doctor came into the room, we discussed any problems I had & my last lab results. I received vaccinations for flu & pneumonia from the medical assistant& I was then taken to a lab drawing station by a phlebotomist, she drew blood for testing, the venipuncture was painless & I was discharged. It all took an hour& I was on my way home. I would definitely recommrmd this clinic, doctor & staff to anyone. Reminders for upcoming appointments are sent by text message & online registration is available. All very convenient.

Nicole Bordunov I had a terrible experience with BSW. I saw Celeste Bryand. I do not have a lot of health complications and needed very little at my regular physical. Celeste ordered labs for me to come back to the office and get. Then I receive a surprise bill that since I am a “new patient” i have to pay $130 out of pocket for a new patient fee. I have been a new patient at other offices many times before since I have moved states several times, not once have I ever paid a “new patient fee.” I should have taken this as a red flag, but still went ahead with my regular, preventative labs. Then months later I receive a bill for $760 for labs. I have spent countless house on the phone with my insurance and BSW. My insurance tells me BSW is not coding the charge properly. My insurance DOES cover labs but needs BSW to code them appropriately. BSW will not change the coding, I have asked them to resubmit and review and nothing has changed. They have not been helpful one step of this process. I set up a payment plan and BSW STILL sent me to collections. They are a trash company with not one bit of humanity in them. I will never ever ever let myself or one of my loved ones end up in the care of BSW. TRASH.

Amanda Price Dr. Jay has been my PCP for several years now. She is a wonderful doctor. Very caring, great bedside manner, listens to concerns and takes the time to answer all of my questions. Even though ARC is a large clinic I never feel like I am just a number. Dr. Jay makes you feel like she knows and remembers you and your conditions. She is very thorough and makes you feel like your health is important to her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor.

Linda Kirksey Dr, Peckham has been my neurologist for over 5 years, since diagnosing my Parkinson’s. She is very caring and always makes time to explain issues in terms you can understand. She is kind and helpful. Because of her expertise, I have also been able to participate in research opportunities that have helped my journey. I highly recommend Dr. Peckham.

Liset C Dr. Camacho and his medical assistant, Marie, are exceptionally compassionate and dedicated professionals. In today’s fast-paced medical environment, it is rare to encounter such caring and attentive staff. All of my husband’s medical concerns were meticulously listened to and addressed. We deeply appreciate their willingness to take the time to understand our concerns and not rush us through the appointment process.
