Bluebonnet Primary Care - Round Rock (TX)

5 /5 Waad Alsaad: Dr. Mayada Ali is one of the best doctors I have met. She takes great care of her patients, gives them enough time, understands all the details of their illness, and then gives them treatment. She is humane in her profession, and this is the first thing that every doctor should have. However, some doctors I have met are senior specialists and have no sense of responsibility towards their patients, nor an ounce of humanity. They do not give the patient his rights, who pays them large sums of money in addition to paying health insurance. I wish her all the best and success in her professional life. If she is good with her patients today, I hope she will be excellent with them tomorrow so that she can receive our support.

1 /5 Cathy Hanrahan: Worst Dr. Office staff Ive ever experienced. The lady on the phone seems like she doesnt seem like she knows what shes doing. In order for me to set my kids up as a patient, I had to text her their information. I overlooked it thinking maybe that was normal but I was wrong. Then the staff didnt seem like they even know how to work with kids and I had to give them directions on what to when checking height, etc. Now they are saying I owe them $400 for 2 wellness checks with insurance. Its been such a headache going back and forth with them and my insurance company. And the lady who Ive been in contact with at Bluebonnet keeps changing her story about why the insurance company isnt taking the claim while my insurance companys story stays straight. Ive been trying to call Bluebonnet Bonnet Primary but no one answers or calls me back. I dont like leaving a bad review but this is just unacceptable.

5 /5 Kate Woods: Dr. Ali and her staff are incredible! They are incredibly sweet, caring, and thorough. Dr. Ali was very patient as I explained all of my symptoms, and left no stone unturned to helping me feel better. Would highly recommend!

5 /5 Patricia Harris: Dr. Ali, she is really great and she is so detailed about your health. Its have been a long time since I seen a doctor like her and I do appreciate it, her front office lady is so sweet.
