Daniel Grady Dr. Philip has been my PCP for nearly two years and I couldnt be a happier patient. Its unfortunate to see some of the other reviews detailing such poor experiences. Dr. Philip has always carried a very polite disposition, and has only rendered exceptional care, in my opinion. I first saw her when I had an HMO insurance plan and I think its difficult to find a quality physician under any HMO plan. Dr. Philip is one of the few exceptions. If youre looking for a PCP and are fortunate enough to establish care you will not be disappointed.

Karen Shaw I really like Dr. Middleton. Hes very attentive and actually listens to and addresses my concerns. Everyone in the office is very nice and accommodating. Theres also now a phlebotomist in the office full time, so that makes lab work easy as well. I think one of the things I like most about Dr. Middleton is that he is comfortable seeing me just once a year and not twice like some others. I hate going to the doctor, but this office makes it a pleasant experience.

Allison McClain Baylor, Scott and White is the best hospital I’ve ever used for all of my medical necessities. Their staff are all very attentive and compassionate my sincerest gratuities go out to Yareli, Gina and Connor in ICU. Where I was a person and not a number. Yareli went above and beyond and escorted me to my transportation all the while I felt like a celebrity. She even made me re carpet worth after washing, and braiding my hair that hadn’t seen a brush for some time. Thanks to everyone who took care of me. Allison

Christian Acevedo Im surprised to see some negative reviews regarding the office staff because Ive been going to this practice/location since September 2021 and have not really had any bad experiences with them. Theyve always been kind in person. Over the phone I feel like some of them can be short or seem rushed but I also assume the phone is constantly ringing so theyre just trying to get everyone helped as quickly as possible. I dont know who the referral coordinator is, but theyre incredible. My insurance requires referrals for specialists and Im grateful this office allows you to call and share what specialist youre trying to see and for what reason and the referral is processed within less than 48 hours. When they expire, a simple call noting it needs to be renewed is all I need and bam. Ive been seen Ashley Bubb, NP and shes got a great bedside manner and, I believe, genuinely cares about your wellbeing and health. I usually only visit for my annual, but this year Ive had to visit several times and have had the chance to experience how she practices more and more and Im very happy. Shes receptive and willing to work with your requests but also notes any issues or things that could potentially interfere. Her nurse, Abby, is also incredibly kind and shows a genuine interest in what brings you to the office that day.

Ann Kelley Staff are helpful & friendly, dr. Odeyomi is very competent & knoledgibl, she takes time to listen & offices practical help. I never feel she is rushed or in a hurry to get to her needy patient. The round rock location is very convenient, plenty of parking, a large waiting room. I filled out forms & had a short wait before I was taken to an exam room, the medical assistant was very nice & quickly completed an assessment competently. I didn’t have to wait long before the doctor came into the room, we discussed any problems I had & my last lab results. I received vaccinations for flu & pneumonia from the medical assistant& I was then taken to a lab drawing station by a phlebotomist, she drew blood for testing, the venipuncture was painless & I was discharged. It all took an hour& I was on my way home. I would definitely recommrmd this clinic, doctor & staff to anyone. Reminders for upcoming appointments are sent by text message & online registration is available. All very convenient.

Laura Cruzada-Davis You might wait long to see the doctors, but it is worth it. Dr. Matsubara and Dr. Anderson (married) take their time to document and understand, diagnose, describe and treat your medical situation. From allergies to well-checks for our kids, they see our whole family and we love the time they take to get to know us. They follow up and answer calls after hours and are hesitant to prescribe medicine unless absolutely needed. Great family practice.

Patrick Weidl Dr. Christopher Putney at Family Medicine Associates of Round Rock has been my primary doctor since 2018, and I couldn’t ask for better care. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. Over the years, he has truly helped me improve my health and well-being. I’m grateful to have such a dedicated and caring physician.

Cathy Merris I’ve been seeing Dr. Rangarajan for several years now. I honestly consider her one of the most competent doctors I have seen. Doctors aren’t ones that you really want to go and see that as you progress in age and things change in your life. You hope that you will see someone competent and interested in you as a person . She also listens and is respectful of your feelings and your knowledge and talk things over with you before making decisions for your health. She remembers that it’s your health that she’s talking about.
