1 /5 Nicole Bordunov: I had a terrible experience with BSW. I saw Celeste Bryand. I do not have a lot of health complications and needed very little at my regular physical. Celeste ordered labs for me to come back to the office and get. Then I receive a surprise bill that since I am a “new patient” i have to pay $130 out of pocket for a new patient fee. I have been a new patient at other offices many times before since I have moved states several times, not once have I ever paid a “new patient fee.” I should have taken this as a red flag, but still went ahead with my regular, preventative labs. Then months later I receive a bill for $760 for labs. I have spent countless house on the phone with my insurance and BSW. My insurance tells me BSW is not coding the charge properly. My insurance DOES cover labs but needs BSW to code them appropriately. BSW will not change the coding, I have asked them to resubmit and review and nothing has changed. They have not been helpful one step of this process. I set up a payment plan and BSW STILL sent me to collections. They are a trash company with not one bit of humanity in them. I will never ever ever let myself or one of my loved ones end up in the care of BSW. TRASH.

1 /5 Fawzia Khawaja: Not very happy with Baylor Scott & White Clinic. I had a wellness check with Dr Islam, I had a concern with my Right eye. She was unable to help me and hence advised I see a an eye doctor. I was then charged 30$ for a copay, because I asked her a question outside my wellness check regarding my eye ( honestly I didnt know my eyes were part of my body!) absolutely ridicules. And now I have to send a physical letter to the department of patient relation, to appeal because they are not set up for email!!!! Really, they dont have an email.

1 /5 Yajaira Ortiz: If I could give this place a 0 I deff will, moved here since June last yr, set this clinic as my primary doctor dr Camacho and ask me how many times this clinic have had availabilities or how many times I seen this doctor. Not even as a liver transplant. Er called to make an emergency apt and not even like that. If u have a serious health problem don’t count w this clinic.

1 /5 Kortney Martinez: Do not use the Baylor Scott & White health system if at all possible. They are unaffordable, do not do the things they say they are going to do and their customer service is awful. I have been in contact with them for the past 2 months on a medical bill that they are billing me for charges that my insurance instructed them not to bill for, and are refusing to provide me with descriptions of the codes I was billed for. I wanted to make sure that I was being billed for the appropriate level of care that I received that day, and I have requested thos information more than once and keep getting their resistance and refusal to that information. Stephanie had promised me they would send that information, when they didnt I spoke to Cindy and she ended up hanging up on me. The level of care this company gives is insulting and I highly caution anyone from ever using them

1 /5 Zunaira Tahir: I just went for my first visit to establish a relationship with a primary care provider and they booked me for few regular tests like sugar , cholesterol and all these related tests. No one at baylor gave me any estimate about my out of pocket expenses. I went for the tests and few days later got a bill for $525. If I would have known about this that its not covered by my insurance I would have delayed these tests because they were not urgent or that important. This is totally unfair that they are asking for the money without even out if courtesy telling patients atleast some estimate of the due amount that going to be charged.
