AJ Andrew was awesome to help with Tesla side mirror repair. Took extended care and was honest about the inspection and getting repair done quickly. He went out of the way to help and provided free service !! Highly recommend this place for their honesty and exceptional service !!

Taw D I really had an amazing experience. They really lived up to their pledge to treat you as they would like to be treated, like true Christians❤️. I’m very visibly Muslim and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in every step of the experience. It was a very hot day and I had 4 young kids with me. They invited us in, gave us all cold water, and told us to make ourselves comfortable. They were so quick and I was just a walk in, not an appointment. I told them I just needed a signal light changed and am traveling from out of state. They were so kind and then when I asked how much I owe, they said nothing!! They refused to charge me even after I insisted. I also got to see how they treated other customers as I waited for my van to be done. Each one with kindness and generosity. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest mechanic and not someone who will swindle you.

Kimberly Perez I can not express how grateful I am to have found Rafael & Car Place of Frisco. I will gladly recommend to family, friends and strangers. There were multiple things wrong with my vehicle and Rafael was able to show me exactly what the issues were so that I could visually understand it all. That made me feel comfortable in trusting him to make the repairs. He got my car done quickly and he was very open & honest and there was great communication during the process.He was willing to start earlier & stay later so I could get back on the road which shows me how dedicated he is. It is hard to find someone that doesn’t try to take advantage of the customer (especially females) in this industry so from now on this is the only place I will have my vehicle worked on.

Coco Ledesma After reading some reviews I had to think of how I wanted to write my review. As a customer we, I always expect the best. But unfortunately is not that way always. Why? Because where there is more that one person involved amd different responsibilities is hard to expect 100% satisfaction. My experience this time at This dealership was exceptional. Before calling this dealership I got an almost $900 quote for the same exact tires. I called Tristan and he got me a GREAT deal, so yes I was taken care. Now we now days are in a rush to get everything with in minutes, but I rather have some spend time on my vehicle fixing it and be safe on the road, than rush them and not be sure that I will be safe on the road. Thank you I will be going back.

Scott Burday Went to a different Kwik Kar on Legacy in Frisco last week and they barely acknowledged me and then I waited an hour before I walked out. They never even apologized when they handed me my keys. And, yes, they told me I’d be done in less than an hour and never even took my car into the garage. The Kwik Kar on Main St in Frisco was great! Very friendly team, took my car in immediately and overall were just really nice people. I’ll drive a further distance to go to this Kwik Kar every time!

Rolando Villicana I usually dont write reviews but definitely earned. As I was driving with my son my ture sensors started going off. I stopped by a gas station to realize my tire was punctured. These guys were next door with around mins to closing time. They still took me in, fixed me up and put me and my son back on the road. They were friendly and professional. Thank you for being that type of business.

Lauren Farragut Garrett was fabulous! He was friendly, personable and explained everything clearly. Kwik Kar took care of my inspection quickly and I will only use them from now on. It was the best customer service I have received in a long time.

B Brian Team handled alignment and new tires smoothly on my Range Rover. Special call out to Pete, General Manager, who went of his way to pick up lug-nut key at my place when i realized I left at my house. Above and beyond call of duty.

Decaveon PERRY Recently fixed my hellcat challenger. He was very responsive he text and call keeps you updated he’s very quick and does good work and has very reasonable prices also goes out his way to fix every little detail. I definitely recommend going to him if you’re in the DfW area. Don’t have any good pictures but here some to show
