It’s hard - really hard - to find someone who not only knows their craft but truly cares about earning your trust. But these guys did just that, and they’ve earned my loyalty as a customer for life. I came across their shop on Google, gave them a call, and explained what was going on with my Infiniti M45. From the get-go, they were professional and upfront, giving me an estimate over the phone, which was spot-on. When I arrived, I met Bryan and Roy, who were both incredibly friendly and professional - genuinely great people. Right away, I felt like I’d found a team I could rely on. I needed valve cover gaskets and both rear wheel bearings replaced due to a humming noise, and they got straight to work! The mechanic who handled my car was absolutely exceptional - his skill was clear in everything he did. And here’s the thing that really struck me: not only did they deliver on everything they promised, but they also did it fast! Same-day fast! No surprises on the price either - everything was fair and as quoted, and when I got my car back, it was spotless! These guys take pride in their work, and it shows. I walked out of there feeling valued and completely satisfied, and I’ve got 100% confidence in them. They’ve earned my trust, and I can’t say that about just anyone. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, this team is at the top of my list to recommend.

Meital Dor I had a truly great experience. The team of Fifth Gear Automotive was attentive, professional, and communicated every detail clearly throughout the process. Luke, Chris, and Jack took the time to explain the issues with my car thoroughly and honestly, making sure I understood exactly what was going on, and never pushed for any unnecessary treatments. I was referred to this place and was told they perform a thorough, multi-angle inspection, similar to what youd expect at a certified dealership, but without the inflated prices. Im glad I followed that recommendation. The Uber shuttle service they provided was incredibly helpful and efficient, making the whole experience much more convenient. I truly felt my car was in good hands, they stayed in touch regularly, kept me updated every step of the way, and even followed up a few days after I got my car back to make sure everything was still running smoothly. It’s rare to find this level of honesty, transparency, and service all in one place. Thank you all!

Ro Shaw They are great!! I stopped by Quickie Car for a routine oil change, and they delivered exactly what I needed — fast, friendly, and professional service. The staff was upfront about their recommendations, but never pushy. The technician walked me through everything and made sure I understood what was included in my service. They got me in and out quickly, and my car is running great. You can tell they care about doing the job right without trying to upsell you on things you don’t need. Jennifer LeRow I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision West Frisco! After meeting Ray and going over the process of restoring my car after an accident, I felt very comfortable leaving my car in his hands. The repairs were completed beautifully and turned around earlier than expected. Apparently, the battery was drained during the repairs (it was pretty old tbh), and they brought a new one to my house and changed it out for me on the spot! A part to complete my interior door trim was delayed by the supplier, and Ray went above and beyond to make sure I was made whole as quickly as possible. They even detailed my pretty car afterward. I highly recommend this location! All the staff were super kind and efficient as well!

Kimberly Perez I can not express how grateful I am to have found Rafael & Car Place of Frisco. I will gladly recommend to family, friends and strangers. There were multiple things wrong with my vehicle and Rafael was able to show me exactly what the issues were so that I could visually understand it all. That made me feel comfortable in trusting him to make the repairs. He got my car done quickly and he was very open & honest and there was great communication during the process.He was willing to start earlier & stay later so I could get back on the road which shows me how dedicated he is. It is hard to find someone that doesn’t try to take advantage of the customer (especially females) in this industry so from now on this is the only place I will have my vehicle worked on.

Nancy Strickland After spending over $2k at two other locations and not having the actual root cause issue repaired, I walked into European Auto near my neighborhood expecting to have another expensive and failed repair. I spent less than $400 and the leak was diagnosed and repaired and they provided the support I needed to return to the prior shop to have the real problem (warranty)denied be properly addressed. (The other shop had installed a water pump which was leaking, but denied it was leaking as it was covered under warranty and they did not want to redo the work). European auto verified the leak from water pump while replacing other parts that needed to be addressed. This allowed me to save $2100 for a new water pump by returning to the location to fulfill warranty coverage. (I had evidence!) Additionally, European auto repairs were 2/3 of the cost of two other locations for the work they did. And it took 3 hours where I had to leave my car overnight at other places. This is an outstanding, trustworthy, and affordable service provider. Audi q5

Venkata P Kakaraparthi I went with a AC problem for my car. Joe is very professional, explained me the problem, his approach to fix it. He didnt upsell any other stuff like most other shops do. The problem is fixed and i can see/feel the difference in this hot summer. This will be my go to shop for future needs. Would definitely recommend to friends.
