Decaveon PERRY Recently fixed my hellcat challenger. He was very responsive he text and call keeps you updated he’s very quick and does good work and has very reasonable prices also goes out his way to fix every little detail. Tim Tomlinson I cut a corner too sharp with my truck and scraped a concrete bollard. Buffing helped but there were long and deep scratches along with some slight warping around the wheel well and other dents. I didn’t need it fixed, but it bothered me so I decided if I could find a decent price I would get it taken care of. I checked several body shops closer to my area, but decided to drive out to Dr Auto to see what they would say. After speaking with Jose, I had found my place. They gave me a very reasonable price and did an excellent job of repairing the damage. I also had some other minor door dings and scratches which they took care of. They had the truck for a few days and had it ready within the time promised. Communication during the week was with Manny and was excellent. I was very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to return.

AJ Andrew was awesome to help with Tesla side mirror repair. Took extended care and was honest about the inspection and getting repair done quickly. He went out of the way to help and provided free service !! Highly recommend this place for their honesty and exceptional service !!

Daniel Sudduth I have a 2022 Dodge Charger that must’ve had the front end assembled on a Friday, if you know what I mean. Had some failing parts and took it to Automotive ER as I’d heard great things. From the start, everyone was super nice and listened to the issues I described. I dropped the car off and they got to work. Kathy and Kim are SUPER COMMUNICATIVE! As soon as they had an idea of what was going on and how much repairs were gonna be, I got a clearly laid out text with the issues and repair costs. Approved, and they got to work. Done just over a day earlier than they said. Great repair work, it drives like it should have from the start, and the cost was in line with what I anticipated. No BS, just car people. Go if you need repair or body work!

Nancy Strickland After spending over $2k at two other locations and not having the actual root cause issue repaired, I walked into European Auto near my neighborhood expecting to have another expensive and failed repair. I spent less than $400 and the leak was diagnosed and repaired and they provided the support I needed to return to the prior shop to have the real problem (warranty)denied be properly addressed. (The other shop had installed a water pump which was leaking, but denied it was leaking as it was covered under warranty and they did not want to redo the work). European auto verified the leak from water pump while replacing other parts that needed to be addressed. This allowed me to save $2100 for a new water pump by returning to the location to fulfill warranty coverage. (I had evidence!) Additionally, European auto repairs were 2/3 of the cost of two other locations for the work they did. And it took 3 hours where I had to leave my car overnight at other places. This is an outstanding, trustworthy, and affordable service provider. Audi q5

Scott Burday Went to a different Kwik Kar on Legacy in Frisco last week and they barely acknowledged me and then I waited an hour before I walked out. They never even apologized when they handed me my keys. And, yes, they told me I’d be done in less than an hour and never even took my car into the garage. The Kwik Kar on Main St in Frisco was great! Very friendly team, took my car in immediately and overall were just really nice people. I’ll drive a further distance to go to this Kwik Kar every time!

Jason Haney I had an amazing experience with Solutions Automotive in Frisco. After having my A/C serviced and the compressor replaced by a large chain mechanic last summer, it never cooled the same—and to make matters worse, they wouldn’t honor their warranty.
