1 /5 Randy Rogers: I really hate that I have to leave a one-star review, because most of my experience here was genuinely great—until the very end. The team did excellent work, and I especially want to give a shout-out to Zach and the two ladies at the front desk—they were welcoming, professional, and helpful every step of the way. I truly appreciate their service.
Unfortunately, my most recent visit was ruined by one employee, Austin. When I picked up my vehicle, I discovered that one of my headlights—brand new and fully functional when I brought the car in—was no longer working. Rather than looking into it or offering a solution, Austin quickly claimed the bulb had just “burnt out.” That simply wasnt true. Its far more likely something was unplugged or touched during the work. But instead of addressing it properly, Austin was dismissive and condescending, acting like he knew it all and shutting down the conversation. It left a terrible impression after what had been a great experience up to that point.
For context, during my first visit, I also had an uncomfortable encounter with a larger gentleman in the back who had a noticeably rude attitude. That didnt impact the work, but it stood out enough for me to remember.
The quality of the work and the professionalism of most of the staff, especially Zach and the front desk team, deserve praise. It’s just a shame that one person’s refusal to take accountability ruined the overall experience. I would have loved to leave a 5-star review, but Austin’s handling of the situation left me with no choice.
