Marilyn Burgess I recently had to have extensive work done on my 2007 Toyota Camry. I was told up front what needed to be done and even received pictures of what needed to be replaced. I was given the total amount of the service and that was exactly what I was charged. I was told about another problem that was going to eventually need to be repaired. It was my decision to have it fixed at that time at the agreed on price. The customer service that I received from Andrew and all the employees was some of the very best Ive ever experienced! They were completely transparent and up front about what needed to be done and what it would cost. I have recommended this shop to several people and will absolutely bring my car back to them for repair in the future!! As far as Im concerned, Lorentz Automotive is the very best!! Thank you Andrew and all of the employees!

D Jones JRs Automotive practices old school ethics of honesty and considerate customer service. They subcontracted work for another shop (Slay Dent Repair) that ended up being dishonest about repairs he failed to ask them to do. Jose and Larry worked with me to get me back on the road and now refuse to do contract work for the guy who ripped me off. I highly recommend these guys!

David Russell HIGHLY Recommend Anything Automotive. I had gotten a quote on some repairs on our vehicle from another well known automotive place and the price was very high. So after a recommendation from my neighbor I contacted John at Anything Automotive and he provided a quote for the same services and it was much less. Then after looking over our vehicle one of the services the other place recommended we did not even need. So we saved a lot of money by contacting Anything Automotive. Bland Beverly I had a lowering kit that I wanted installed on my car, so I turned to the Denton subreddit for recommendations because I prefer to support small businesses. Someone said to give Mystery Garage a try and I’m so glad I did. James worked me in on a Saturday and Joe got to work doing his thing. The prices are reasonable and they know what they’re doing. They truly do treat all of their customers like family (I personally witnessed this while I was hanging around and trying to stay outta the way). They won’t try and sell you anything you don’t need and will even try to save you money when they can. This would definitely be a great spot to get a second opinion if the quotes you get from the dealership or other corporate chain places seem like they’re trying to rip you off, and they seem to enjoy “projects” big and small as well. I haven’t put many miles on my car yet since the install, but so far it rides great, handles great, and I love the lowered stance.

Despite the large amount of body work and electrical reprogramming that needed to be done, it came back in like-new condition. Highly recommend their customer service and technical skill!
