Arash Jahanshahi I cant recommend My Mobile Mechanic enough, especially if you get the chance to work with Logan. My car was completely dead, wouldnt start, and I suspected issues with both the starter and alternator. Logan came to my house not once, but twice on separate days to meticulously diagnose and fix the problem. He put in a significant amount of hours, even under the hot sun, to not only identify the root cause but also ensure he was fixing the right components. His dedication to thoroughly investigating the issue before proceeding with repairs saved me time and ensured the job was done correctly. Thanks to Logans expertise and persistence, my car is now running perfectly. Lazayvion Hammick Came here to get my Honda’s fuel door actuator replaced. We had been communicating via email beforehand, and they were upfront with transparent pricing. Saved $300 and a day of downtime. Great service overall — I overheard them giving other customers honest, sound advice about the mechanical condition of their vehicles, and I really appreciated that. If they tell you something needs to be done, believe them — it really does. No extra BS “recommended services.” I’ll definitely be back for other maintenance items my dealer will certainly overcharge me for. MAJOR plus: the staff (who are former Honda techs) actually understand the real mechanics of Honda vehicles and other Asian imports hence "All About Imports!"

Arleen Crocker Dwaynes has always been my Go-To for car issues. From the moment of walking into their doors, you just know youre in the right place. Starting with Natalie that greets you to the mechanics in the back. Always a warm smile and willingness to offer help. Ive been using this shop for a number of years and Ive never been steered wrong. If something needs fixing. Theyll advise promptly, if not then theyll be honest and tell you that as well. They truly care about their customers, and i wouldnt consider going elsewhere.

Jono Brooks Ive used J&M for over 10 years with no issue (however... Ill add that Ive never brought them something to diagnose. Ive strictly used them when I know whats wrong and tell them what I want done...) until this year. I brought in my sons car to have a clutch job done on it. When we got it back, the speedometer no longer functioned. I called them later that week and let them know that this was the case... they said to just bring it back in for them to check out. I didnt get a chance to bring it in for a couple of months... but after I dropped it off and they inspected it, they said that because they could see that someone had done a front-end job recently (my son and I did this...), they werent responsible. I let them know that the front-end job was done BEFORE I had them do the clutch job. Didnt matter they said. So, they told me itd be around $300 to repair. I said "forget it... well fix it ourselves"... when I came to pick up, they charged me an $85 diagnostic fee... for what I already knew. Sorry yall... thats how you lose a 10+ year customer.

Tyler Tatum I had a pretty great experience with Pioneer, they went above and beyond to help me diagnose the issue and get it resolved. The pricing was a little high for my budget so I ended up shopping around but they still did everything they could to match the quote I got without compromising the high level of work they do. Even after I decided to use another shop they still allowed me to leave my car on the lot until I could get it towed off. I will definitely return in the future when doing repairs because of the way that they handled the whole thing.

Thomas Belt Just an awesome honest guy. Doesnt have the prettiest shop but dont let that fool you. He is an extremely confident mechanic with top quality tools and expertise. I had the clutch done in my 2006 Honda Civic SI here and he had literally the cheapest price in town of any mechanic. D Jones JRs Automotive practices old school ethics of honesty and considerate customer service. They subcontracted work for another shop (Slay Dent Repair) that ended up being dishonest about repairs he failed to ask them to do. Jose and Larry worked with me to get me back on the road and now refuse to do contract work for the guy who ripped me off. I highly recommend these guys!

Scott Miller Excellent service, very fast. But more importantly they are honest and will work with you for the best solution for your car and your circumstances. Communication is also very good.
