My car was completely dead, wouldnt start, and I suspected issues with both the starter and alternator. Logan came to my house not once, but twice on separate days to meticulously diagnose and fix the problem. He put in a significant amount of hours, even under the hot sun, to not only identify the root cause but also ensure he was fixing the right components. His dedication to thoroughly investigating the issue before proceeding with repairs saved me time and ensured the job was done correctly. Marilyn Burgess I recently had to have extensive work done on my 2007 Toyota Camry. I was told up front what needed to be done and even received pictures of what needed to be replaced. I was given the total amount of the service and that was exactly what I was charged. I was told about another problem that was going to eventually need to be repaired. It was my decision to have it fixed at that time at the agreed on price. The customer service that I received from Andrew and all the employees was some of the very best Ive ever experienced! They were completely transparent and up front about what needed to be done and what it would cost. I have recommended this shop to several people and will absolutely bring my car back to them for repair in the future!! As far as Im concerned, Lorentz Automotive is the very best!! Bland Beverly I had a lowering kit that I wanted installed on my car, so I turned to the Denton subreddit for recommendations because I prefer to support small businesses. Someone said to give Mystery Garage a try and I’m so glad I did. James worked me in on a Saturday and Joe got to work doing his thing. The prices are reasonable and they know what they’re doing. They truly do treat all of their customers like family (I personally witnessed this while I was hanging around and trying to stay outta the way). They won’t try and sell you anything you don’t need and will even try to save you money when they can. This would definitely be a great spot to get a second opinion if the quotes you get from the dealership or other corporate chain places seem like they’re trying to rip you off, and they seem to enjoy “projects” big and small as well. I haven’t put many miles on my car yet since the install, but so far it rides great, handles great, and I love the lowered stance.
