When my car suddenly stopped working on me I had to get it towed to their shop, next day they had it all fixed up and ready to go. When I went to pick it up they charged me $100 LESS than what they quoted me over the phone! They work great with college students like myself and explain everything really well. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs a fix!

When Chad learned I could install it myself he didn’t try to talk me into his shop doing the job, just told me where to buy the part. Such amazing, old fashioned and caring service! They have a really cute decor waiting area and lots of flavors of coffee. All staff was pleasant and professional. Really a great automotive repair place to go to for sure!! They are very honest.

5 /5 R S: 1st time customer. I met and spoke to Chad. Chad seemed honest and confirmed it through his shops work. He clearly communicated throughout the whole process and I knew what was going on. He was honest about not having to replace certain items when I know other shops would have taken the opportunity to charge. They also offer hassle free online payment and after hours pickup options. Id come back to this mechanic shop.

5 /5 Barbara Bazemore Kiszka: Chad Millers Auto Care really helped us out of a jam. We recently had our brakes refreshed near home in Florida before setting out on a 6,000 mile journey that includes the Rocky Mountains. On the first night of the trip, a rear suspension cover fell off. I backed over the part while trying to find out what was making the dragging noise under the car. I got all the pieces. It is pretty simple to attach the part, screwing in with one screw. However my car is lowered and the screw was missing, so I couldnt reach in and put it back myself. I contacted Tesla in San Antonio and explained the situation. They couldnt fit us in until after we were supposed to be in New Mexico. I looked around for auto shops nearby that worked on brakes. I read some reviews and decided on Chad Miller. I am so glad I did! The front desk guy was very nice and well spoken. He said they would take a look at it, even though they dont usually work on Teslas. A few minutes later a mechanic put it on the lift. He put the part pieces together with a plastic welder (?). He found a screw that fit, and tightened the matching part on the other side. We could watch him work through the window in the very stylish and comfortable waiting room. Always a goid sign the place is proud of their work. He said we should be all set for the rest of our trip. Chad Miller Auto saved the day. We can now continue on our journey with confidence! We still have enough time to check out the Alamo!

5 /5 Hunter and Miriam Ashby and Price: We brought our 2006 Nissan Sentra here for some maintenance work. The whole process was easy and efficient from making an appointment, dropping off the car, seeing what repairs needed to be done (I received a text link with pictures), paying, and picking up the car. I liked that the repairs were graded as needed to be addressed immediately (like brakes) and other things that could wait (like rear shocks). The work was fast and reasonably priced. They are great mechanics and I definitely recommend bringing your car here!
