5 /5 Alyssa Shaw: We love A.T. Auto! They always shoot us straight about repairs, including how long it will take and a full breakdown of costs. If they’re diagnosing an issue, they have an online portal that lets you see what they found and repair options (with pictures of the issue!), and then you can select what you want to do. They’ve kept our Prius running nicely for the past three years:)

5 /5 J C-M: I’m definitely one of the types where it’s been hard to trust mechanics in the past, but I’m really grateful to have found this place. Angel upfront is great to work with and the shops real straightforward with repairs and don’t try and upsell or break the bank so even if you can’t fix everything you need all at once, they’ll help you prioritize what’s needed. They stay busy but still have been great about getting my car back to me in a timely manner. Plus, I really like the app where it shows you the cost breakdown for what’s needed along with photos of the issue so you have that to refer back to for any follow ups or work history.

5 /5 Oscar Gamboa: Great fast service. They were able to diagnose my issues quickly. Alex was courteous and explained my issues to me. Been bringing my vehicles for sometime and I’m satisfied with their service.

2 /5 S C: Didn’t use the shop but I did call to get the price of a 4 wheel alignment only to be told the rear tires on my vehicle cannot be aligned and if out of alignment, then it’s most likely due to a bent part. I’ve called several other shops and have had an alignment done at dealer with no mention of just the front tires getting aligned. I googled and chatgpt’d since I’d never heard this and they stated the rear tires can also be aligned. Needless to say, I am baffled as to why this shop is stating differently. Giving two stars and will update if somehow everyone else but this shop got it wrong. Edit per owner response: I did let the representative know what type of vehicle it was before he stated only the two front wheels of my vehicle can get aligned. Given my surprise at this info, I followed up with additional questions to verify I was understanding him correctly and still got the same response of only 2 wheels are aligned. I just verify with dealer who indicated all 4 wheels of my specific vehicle do in fact get aligned and not just two. So I will maintain the 2 star rating for the inaccurate information provided by the representative handling my call. One can deduce possible further inaccuracies from this fundamental one; but owner is accurate in that I did not physically go or have work done. Although I am not sure why my vehicle details would not suffice to get an accurate estimate for an alignment. He was friendly though.

5 /5 Josh Holmes: A great shop through and through. Alex and his team not only worked with me, but accomplished the job at a fraction of the price it wouldve cost almost anywhere else. The shop also uses an interactive menu or receipt that you can keep open on your internet tab and look at the pricing/progress/etc. The team will call or message with anything that requires your input, as well. When it was obvious my truck would need multiple days at the shop, Alex and his team assured me the vehicle would be kept inside and watched. I also turned the truck in with a there is this weird sound with the bed of the truck that I have been dealing with since 2020. I have had multiple great mom and pop shops hunt for the cause. I had started to believe I had severe frame damage or worse. Alex and his team literally took their time and searched every place possible to find a very, very simple solution that had been missed by everyone - including me. Multiple days of searching, multiple folks, no clear answer - mustve cost a fortune? How about like $50 for a few bolts + labor that were missing UNDER a spare tire? Really awesome. As a guy who loves cars, loves his cars, loves to have well maintained cars, and is Active Duty (so I roadtrip often), these guys are my go to in San Antonio and I continue to recommend them to everyone I know. This sort of shop - and experience - is rare is this day and age.
