1 /5 Sasha De Anda: Dr. Phillips is a good Dr if you have a quick check up. Once it’s something more serious, they take WEEKS to do anything. The person that you talk to when you call, the male receptionist, is lazy and doesn’t do his job. I have had to call him and my insurance and the facility I needed a CT scan just to see why my insurance denied the scan. Turns out the facility I am supposed to get my scan done had sent the Dr 2 emails about being denied, without a response back on how to move forward. I called him, the receptionist, and he acts as if he never received it, and he sends a message to the Dr. I’ve caught him in lies during these past TWO months trying to get some help on pain I’ve been having. Philip’s doesn’t even care to call to give you test results herself, she has the receptionist call and tell you. So if you have any questions you HAVE to set up an in office appointment and of course that’s more money to pay. It’s always, “I have sent her a message, now we have to wait for her response”. It’s RIDICULOUS!!!!! Now they are closed for a whole week, spring break I get it but it’s ridiculous when people have serious medical issues and she isn’t there. I’ll be changing my Dr for someone who actually cares and interacts with their patients.
I do NOT recommend Tina Phillips if you have anything wrong, unless you have a routine check up you’re all good.
