yona mayfield i called and scheduled an appointment before looking at the reviews on the other google business profile for them. i got a little nervous seeing them but still decided to check them out. im glad i went with my gut because they came, gave me a great quote on putting in two parts, and finished pretty quick. i had no issues and Martin and his trainee were fantastic. screw those other reviews i really appreciate what they did for my family. we have had no a/c since june 2024 now we can finally be chill during these 80-90 degree days thanks to them.

Anne Lindsay Unsure of the mechanics name that came out. My daughter’s car wouldn’t start. I was sure it wasn’t the battery as I had just put a new battery in her car a month ago. Anyways, turns out I didn’t do a good job. The mechanic came out, diagnosed and fixed in just a few minutes. He could easily have scammed my daughter but only charged her for gas for his trip out there. So nice to see an honest mechanic.

Paul Phipps JC is the man. I have had to take my car to JC twice (two different issues) - twice the price that he estimated to fix the issue was right on for the work he did, in other words no surprise you owe me extra $$$. I called around to compare the price with other shops for the same work and it was always less with JC. JCs quality of work is A++++++++++. If you want to know things will get done correctly and for a fair price you will not find a better mechanic to take it too.

gary alvarez I couldnt pick a better body shop, All Makes Collision made it very hassle free for me. They had every thing set up for me, I was in and out and very happy with out come of my vehicle, I was worried of the color match cause I had a very unique color for my car and I was very impressed and happy of the results. I would highly recommend All Makes Collision!!!.

Vasquez Squad Manuel has been in this business for so many years and is highly knowledgeable, super affordable and very professional. He takes pride in his work and builds long lasting relationships with his customers! I recommend him to all our family and friends.

Deepak Quick check-in process, went on a weekday and less wait time. Takes an hour to reach from Austin so plan accordingly. Suggested time to visit is morning 7.30am. Waiting area is neat and is accomdated with water and snacks. Courteous staff. Attached the details for the service and also the checks covered in multi point inspection. Tire rotation is to be paid/mentioned separately.Have a good visit while here.

Rene West I would like to thank Mr.Chad and the Reliable Automotive team for all their hard work, commitment, great communication skills and the time it took to fix my car. I was aware of everything from start to finish. They are not like regular mechanics who just gets your car keep it for long periods of time (push you behind for work,regular lifestyle etc) my car was there was worked on & she is back in action!! Thank you Chad & Reliable Automotive I believe we have found our new mechanic shop! Considering we are not from San Marcos at all.

griffin rogers Well, my most exciting part about owning a vehicle…it’s gonna need service. I live in San Antonio, driving North, my car dies in San Marcos. She (my car) goes to Frank’s. From the first call to my last call, I was treated as if I lived around the corner. Chris was the gentleman that helped me get signed in…he told me, to head back to SA, he would get the team on the truck and get an estimate out, asap. The continued invest on my vehicle was important. The simple fact that they were honest, they had it broken down, per my budget and asked what did I want them to do. Honesty, friendly and understanding is all we could ask as customers…AND a running car. FRANK’S will take care of the issues & the high tech service we all want, with the small town Texas service. Not sure you will find it anywhere else. Thank you!

Robert Beedy All makes is my Shop! They are fast and honest. They will tell you straight whats wrong and if its worth it. How it can go as well. I wont go any where else. Body Shop and Automotive! Alex and Eddie make it happen with their teams!
