S N J I had such a wonderful experience with Mission Auto that I just had to share. I brought in my Jeep Compass thinking the worst—that I needed a new transmission. I was honestly dreading the cost and the hassle. But Richard, the owner, quickly put my mind at ease. He’s incredibly sweet and genuinely jolly, which made the whole experience less stressful from the start. After taking a thorough look, Richard discovered that it wasn’t the transmission at all. It was just a bad battery. I was so relieved. What really stood out to me was his honesty. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but instead he was upfront, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and charged a fair price. It’s rare to find someone in auto repair who’s both deeply knowledgeable and truly kind. Richard and Mission Auto have earned my trust completely, and I’ll definitely be back for any future work. griffin rogers Well, my most exciting part about owning a vehicle…it’s gonna need service. I live in San Antonio, driving North, my car dies in San Marcos. She (my car) goes to Frank’s. From the first call to my last call, I was treated as if I lived around the corner. Chris was the gentleman that helped me get signed in…he told me, to head back to SA, he would get the team on the truck and get an estimate out, asap. The continued invest on my vehicle was important. The simple fact that they were honest, they had it broken down, per my budget and asked what did I want them to do. Honesty, friendly and understanding is all we could ask as customers…AND a running car. FRANK’S will take care of the issues & the high tech service we all want, with the small town Texas service. Not sure you will find it anywhere else. Thank you!

Anne Lindsay Unsure of the mechanics name that came out. My daughter’s car wouldn’t start. I was sure it wasn’t the battery as I had just put a new battery in her car a month ago. Anyways, turns out I didn’t do a good job. The mechanic came out, diagnosed and fixed in just a few minutes. He could easily have scammed my daughter but only charged her for gas for his trip out there. So nice to see an honest mechanic.

Paul Phipps JC is the man. I have had to take my car to JC twice (two different issues) - twice the price that he estimated to fix the issue was right on for the work he did, in other words no surprise you owe me extra $$$. I called around to compare the price with other shops for the same work and it was always less with JC. JCs quality of work is A++++++++++. If you want to know things will get done correctly and for a fair price you will not find a better mechanic to take it too.
