Rene West I would like to thank Mr.Chad and the Reliable Automotive team for all their hard work, commitment, great communication skills and the time it took to fix my car. I was aware of everything from start to finish. They are not like regular mechanics who just gets your car keep it for long periods of time (push you behind for work,regular lifestyle etc) my car was there was worked on & she is back in action!! Thank you Chad & Reliable Automotive I believe we have found our new mechanic shop! Considering we are not from San Marcos at all.

PAC PAC Red does basic routine maintenance for a fee. He is respectful responsible and honest However he does routine maintenance and is not a certified mechanic if that matters to you. In this case it did not to me. His price was fare. Would not have called him had I not been dealing healing from an injury but glad I did and would again if I was in the situation again. Thanks Red

S N J I had such a wonderful experience with Mission Auto that I just had to share. I brought in my Jeep Compass thinking the worst—that I needed a new transmission. I was honestly dreading the cost and the hassle. But Richard, the owner, quickly put my mind at ease. He’s incredibly sweet and genuinely jolly, which made the whole experience less stressful from the start. After taking a thorough look, Richard discovered that it wasn’t the transmission at all. It was just a bad battery. I was so relieved. What really stood out to me was his honesty. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but instead he was upfront, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and charged a fair price. It’s rare to find someone in auto repair who’s both deeply knowledgeable and truly kind. Richard and Mission Auto have earned my trust completely, and I’ll definitely be back for any future work. Chelsea Wiedman From the beginning they made it such a great experience. Customer service was always great. When they said they had it and I didn’t need to worry- they were not wrong. They absolutely had everything under control. They communicated the whole time and kept me more than up to date with status updates. Great people. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
