5 /5 griffin rogers: Well, my most exciting part about owning a vehicle…it’s gonna need service. I live in San Antonio, driving North, my car dies in San Marcos. She (my car) goes to Frank’s. From the first call to my last call, I was treated as if I lived around the corner. Chris was the gentleman that helped me get signed in…he told me, to head back to SA, he would get the team on the truck and get an estimate out, asap. The continued invest on my vehicle was important. The simple fact that they were honest, they had it broken down, per my budget and asked what did I want them to do. Honesty, friendly and understanding is all we could ask as customers…AND a running car. FRANK’S will take care of the issues & the high tech service we all want, with the small town Texas service. Not sure you will find it anywhere else. Thank you!

5 /5 Sylvia Gutierrez: Ive been going to Franks Automotive for about six years now. I went for an oil change, new wiper blades and had a brake light that was out and had it replaced. The Manager, told me exactly how much it would cost and it was very reasonable. Ive always had good results at Franks. Everyone is kind and friendly and helpful. I appreciate having an auto shop that I feel is trustworthy, reasonable and that I can depend on. Thank you for the great service.

5 /5 Melissa Groesbeck: My battery light came on in my 2016 f-150, so I figured I needed an alternator. Frank’s automotive got me in quick, diagnosed my issue and called me, as I was due to go out of town the next day. They replaced the alternator and I had no other issues. The customer service was very friendly and kept me updated. Would recommend to others.

5 /5 Travis Lewis: I’ve been going to Franks since they opened. They are a good, straight forward, very professional repair shop. They are great at diagnosing vehicle problems and will also take the time to look for any additional issues. Their rates are reasonable…especially when compared to the dealership rates and the service is very similar (professional). We’ve tried other car repair shops in San Marcos and after my last experience with Reliable Automotive we will ALWAYS go to Frank’s. So from my experience, if you don’t want to worry about car repairs- buy a Toyota…and if problems ever arise (which they probably won’t) ALWAYS take it to Franks Automotive.
