Karel Espinoza My mom had back surgery and this was honestly the best place she could’ve had this done at. Stella and the ladies at registration were amazing with getting us pre registered and checked in. Every single nurse we had was amazing! Keri, Monica, Heather and the aides Ari, Sydney and one more lady I just didn’t catch her name we wanted to thank you for the care that you gave us and our family members I would recommend this place to ANYONE! The room was so clean and everyone was just so helpful. Thank you for the great care and stay!

Julie Brown I have had two visits . One in Aug one in Oct, they were both great experiences! From the front desk to pre operation and recovery all the nurses were very caring, nice and would answer any question. I love the surgery center and would recommend it to anyone!

Cecil Prock Good appointment all the way around. Office staff and Melanie Jones were great! I just wish that all my doctor appointments went as well!

Ellen Bone Dr. Potter is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. During every appointment Ive had with him, he has been thoughtful, friendly, and answered all my questions and concerns. Not only that, but hes very good at explaining my health situation and aftercare, so I knew what to do to continue taking care of myself after I had left. I truly appreciate Dr. Potters expertise and help and would highly recommend him to anybody needing an orthopedic surgeon.

CarlaHardt My experience with Dr. Potter was above and beyond any expectation. It was my good luck to have gotten him for a surgeon when I fell and broke my hip. I would recommend him to anyone who might need an orthopedic surgeon.

Steve Gee Second to none. Extremely thorough. Doesn’t miss a thing. Monitors every other doctor on your care team and includes that information in his patient reviews. I receive personal phone calls from Dr Pay when he has concerns, questions, or follow-ups on important test results (including medication management). I trust him with my life completely. I encourage anyone looking to *upgrade* to a better primary care doctor to contact his office and schedule a consultation.

Cheryi Linquist Dr. Pay is very understanding and very direct. Make sure that you understand everything he’s saying and he has a very good bedside manner and his nurses are excellent.

Dustin Carlile Dr. Potter is phenomenal. He treated my son like a person and explained everything to him as well as me. Great staff, too. I hope no one needs his services, but if you have any bone fractures, hes definitely the guy to see.

Wai-meng Leong What medical office building has very comfortable environment. I went there for skin treatment. The staff of course are very kind. Yet, the environment was very comfortable, and the view was awesome. The room has big windows, some with drop floor windows. Looking out the big window from the 4th floor, the scenes was sure enjoyable.

Gerson David I started going to physical therapy due to an accident at work and I really feel very comfortable and happy with the therapists Ron and Aaron. Not only are they great professionals, but very nice people, friendly and they make that hour of therapy a pleasant environment. Very grateful to them for taking care of my wrist.

Vikki Woodruff People were very professional and courteous. The tubes for the samples were terrible. Had no suction and the poor nurse had to apologize for it.

Gloria Perez I saw Courtni, NP and her nurse, Samantha. Both ladies were very knowledgeable and took time to make sure I understood everything we discussed. I was very pleased with my visit and definitely recommend these ladies to other patients. The receptionist was not as pleasant. She was very short and not once looked me in the eye. It seemed her only concern was taking my payment. When I asked for a note for work she acted as if it was a bother for her to print it & stamp the Drs signature - which took less than a minute to do.

Mark Darnall The staff up front welcomed me with smiles and were so kind and helpful. Once they called me back to the exam room everything was smooth, they were very courteous . Definitely a great experience. Thank you .

Brenda Mullins Only problem Im having is I am leaving messages in my portal the doctors never read messages in the portal. I called and left a message yesterday as instructed never received a callback. I was told by Dr. Slatin if the antibiotic didnt work he would prescribe another one. I will wait til my appointment January 6 and take care of it then.

Alberto Bernal Dr. Sean Daniel Anderson is a Great primary Dr. That listens to his patient and takes note of "in my case" disabilities one has. In all he is kind and considerate M.D.. Being my first time with the Physician Group of Amarillo Im impressed with his personality. 5⭐️

Abby Medina The provider and front staff was so great! However, taking 2 hours to be seen is NOT ideal when I had a scheduled appointment. We have visited this office many times and it has never been this ridiculous of a wait.

BSA Hospital should have kept her and took responsibility for an operation that went bad and as a result, killed our sweet Laurie Adcock! Its just not right for anyone to get away Scott free!!!

Millie Davis Reflecting on our “stay” it was positive. Some people are made for this and it’s more than a job. My mother received excellent care, from the physicians to the housekeeping staff. Ruby and Troy made magnificent impressions. They are LEADERS in the field due to their attitudes, integrity, patience, and knowledge. Both were professional, kind, and personable. True angels! Also, the food was delicious. My mom was sick and couldn’t eat for some time, when she was finally able, and was very thankful to have healthy, yet tasteful options. Thank you for taking care of her and working together to get her healthy and back home ♥️

Emilio Porras Called to make an appointment here, the person answering had an attitude literally hung up the phone no thank you bye anything. If that’s the way my 1st appointment is gonna start I rather not deal with it. 2 stars just cause I don’t know anything about the physicians

Carrie Archer Keep getting phone calls that I owe for a no show appointment. Problem is, I haven’t lived in amarillo for 11 years and did not make an appointment to see a dr there. Never even visited this clinic when we lived in Amarillo!

ABEL PEREZ I am a seizure patient who just recently experienced my 7 seizure in this hospital over a couple years and have always been taken care of. But not today. No one wanted to get me the pain medication for this extreme pain of a seizure. Instead, they gave me beefed up Tylenol and it didn’t even touch the pain. Finally, as I’m laying in bed, a rude black lady walked in the room and demanded I pay before I left. She was incredibly rude and could give zero empathy about my condition. I wish I wasn’t stuck at this hospital because of insurance.

William Weatherholt I was cared for by Emma. She was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She took the time to build a strong comfortable brace for me. When I needed it adjusted she was very supportive and accommodating. Great job.

michael H The Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center is a high quality medical center for our veterans. There is plenty of parking and easy to access the various buildings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The quality of service was great.

Matthew Tate 09/22/22 - Had an appointment with the pulmonary clinic today. As with every time Ive come to this VA hospital for care, I received nothing but the best care ever. The attitude of the staff - from the providers, to the support staff, from housekeeping to the people behind the grill in the canteen - has been positive, caring, and helpful. The love and compassion veterans get here is simply amazing, and it all starts at the top. VERDICT: ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CARE AND PEOPLE ANYWHERE. I WISH I COULD VOTE 10 STARS!

William Eddington On Monday 9/11/2023 at 14:30 I had a very poor experience that lasted till 17:45. I’ve been having an ongoing problem with my feet with chronic pain and swelling. I’ve been working as a home caregiver for several weeks. My father is in home hospice and I’ve been unemployed for months due to my illness or injury. It took forever to get an appointment for many, many weeks. I also had come down with the Flu over the weekend from other family members and no one even took a chest x-Ray, nor did they listen to my chest, or prescribe me anything for the Flu. They never even examined my feet by having me remove my shoes or socks either. Beware to not ever fill anything out about anxiety or depression, because they will try to open Pandora’s box and make this appointment completely about mental health. It really never felt like they did a real examination. They did weigh me, and take my blood pressure, and temperature and that was pretty much the extent of the examination. What a horrible experience.

C M They say their there to help you but not true, like if they cant find out whats wrong after giving you different medications . Then when you call back to know your test results or your follow up with the Doctor. No one will call you back. Leaving a message with a nurse, or if you call to speak with the director she will not call you back either. So what does that tell you they dont care about you. For sure no communication and the clinic talks about helping the community .

Shay Hand The ER staff is phenomenal. I have not a single bad thing to say about them. However, Shirley on the 3rd floor is a terror to all of her staff if they don’t kiss her rings. Losing great employees, because of her napoleon complex; truly embarrassing. Firing nurses and techs, that actually do great work, go above and beyond for patients and other staff members, and care about their patients and families; is absolutely going to be detrimental to this hospital. Maybe reprimand your employees that are lazy, and refuse to help patients and coworkers. My family and I will now be using a different hospital, because how the “management”, treats the staff. Titles are nothing if you can’t treat your own coworkers with respect and dignity.

Leta Piedra I gave birth to my son on 12/13/2024, and I received the BEST care at BSA. - The best part of my stay was my nurse Shay (shae?) Smith! She made sure I wasn’t in pain, she had the anesthesiologist redo my epidural when the first one wasn’t working, she came in and had me switch positions consistently which made for a quick and painless labor! I pushed for about 20 - 30 minutes to get to crowning, and Shay (Shae) was so supportive the whole time! and I would not have had such an amazing experience without her! I would love to send her a gift soon, so if you see this nurse Shay (Shae), expect a reward soon for all the hard work and amazing care you provide !! Thank you so much BSA for giving me the best nurse in the L&D dept! -Before anyone says “that’s just how nurses are supposed to do their jobs”, I had MANY nurses during my stay, most were very nice and attentive but some barely checked on me. Shay/Shae made me feel comfortable and like she truly cared! She was made for this line of work!

Alexandra Gonzales I want to start by saying Dr. Stroud is amazing and his nurses are so kind and friendly. Do not walk into this office and expect to not pay your copay because they will embarrass you and refuse service. Here is some background- on 8/20 I paid $1550, this HALF of the bill that must be paid up front for my 9 month old daughter to get tubes put in her ears. She gets her tubes put in on 8/26- everything is great! Today, we go in for a follow up and I was told we have a $50 copay- I hand her my credit card and she proceeds to tell me they cant accept my card. I said "can you please bill me?" she proceeded to tell me "you have to pay today in order to be seen, can I use the card on file?" I explain I am a little short on cash after paying the $1550, can we please use my credit card, not the debit card on file? She then tells me "I can call billing but I doubt they will allow us to bill it" she picks up the phone and tells the lady in charge of billing "This has never happened before but the lady I am helping does not want to pay". I never said anything about not wanting to pay. She completely embarrasses me in front of about 8 people in the waiting room. The billing lady comes out and helps process my credit card payment and we can be seen. We finish with our appointment and when we are checking out they tell me they will be refunding my $50 payment because there is no copay on follow up appointments.

Bridgett Thomas Dr. Stroud was great. He answered my questions and didnt make me feel like my concerns were not anything to listen about. He listened, and he explained what could or could not be the problem. If you are in need of an Ear Nose and Throat specialist, I would definitely recommend Dr. Stroud.

Jordan Guerra-Davis The staff here are very kind and welcoming. I never feel judged or like they think Im being dramatic. They always explain my options, take their time with me, and I dont feel rushed. Youre never in the waiting room long, but sometimes you have to wait a while to see the doctor once in the patient room, but thats most places and its because they dont rush when theyre with their patients. Sometimes youre in and out in a jiffy. Just depends on the day and season.

Chrystal Garza Doctor Lowry is the type of doctor that does not care to listen to his patience when it comes to their pain. In the middle of my last injections I told him it hurt and was getting worse yet he only addressed me to say stay still dont move.. As he continued to give them to me. Then for my second "trial blocker" shots I was crying my eyes out during and kept telling him it hurts so bad as the only " sedation" he gave me was the same exact amount as the last time which was like nothing it literally felt as if they only wiped my back with an alcohol pad to clean it and then proceeded to give me the shots in total I was given 12. I proceeded to cry is I went in with a pain level of 6 play came out with the pain level up 12. I continue to cry and was told he would come back and talk to me but he never did. So am I ride home to Lubbock all I could do was cry and then force myself to sleep just to subside the pain a bit. Was not even given any type of pain medicine to go home with. 10 out of 100 would not recommend this doctor for any shots on anyones back.

Jules taylor Always great! I’m uninsured. Appt was at 930am. Wasn’t seen until 11 am. But I was not in an emergency sick situation. So if somebody else had more of an emergency, health care need I understand. Staff is always very friendly with me.
