L Johnson I usually enjoy this place but I won’t be shopping there anymore. I work hard for my money and I enjoy buying wigs, it’s a beauty supply store. If I purchase a wig wearing my real hair and you’re running the cash register why judge me for buying a wig. I know my natural hair is pretty but if I decide to buy a wig and switch it up I should be able to do that in peace. Being judged by the person selling me the wig doesn’t make me want to come back and spend my money with your establishment.

Mary Mary The store is great. But it’s hard to shop when you have the staff constantly watching you as if you’re there to steal!I thought maybe it was my first time there, but no it was all 4 times I shopped there. So I will never return! And it’s that one particular short Nigerian lady! She does not give you space when shopping! She makes it very uncomfortable to be black and shopping there! So they will not get my business ever again.

Brooke Shipley Ive been going to Selene for the past 3 years and shes amazing! Prior to Selene I went to 2 different hair stylists who not only charged me $450+ for my hair (I have blonde hair) but they also turned my hair ORANGE. Selene does an amazing job and doesnt over charge you for hair either. I also always get compliments on my hair and she also switched me over to Pureology shampoo/conditioner which i swear by because its really the best stuff for your hair.

The salon is very clean and the feel is one of which is relaxed and welcoming. Both Nina the owner, and Jonh my stylist took a team approach to accomplish my specific hair goals. The time was taken to listen, my color was matched perfectly to my natural color, removing and cutting all the brassy undertones. Jonh took Brazilian Blowout to an entirely new level. Even though I have long hair, he took his time meticulously blow drying and flat ironing each section with no cutting corners. I have had blowouts for years but I assure you this was the most thorough one ever. I must admit that I neglected my hair for a year and I could give the Lion from the Wizard of Oz a run for his money when matching manes, but by the time I left the salon, my hair has never been healthier, smoother, shinier or appear to be so healthy. Dalia Kacy is a hair color EXPERT! I have long thick black middle eastern hair and he is the only one who knows how to give me perfect highlights/balayage without damage. He knows how to work with black hair/thick hair/middle eastern hair. I highly trust him and only him to do my color services. I drive all the way from San Antonio to see him, he is that good!! This is my 4th time getting color treatment with him and he always does a phenomenal job :) the salon is also really nice, beautiful inside, nice atmosphere, and they have coffee!

They are in a strip center, but do not let that fool you!

Throughout the hours I was there, everyone there was kind and caring- making sure I was comfortable and giving me snacks and water. Conversations with them were warm and sweet. As for the hair- Absolutely in LOVE with the results. Wanted to go towards platnium highlights from my natural brunette hair. It came out beautiful and Yvonne did treatments in my hair to make sure it stayed healthy! Overall great experience!

Adriarroyoa I had a terrible experience at AN Beauty Salon in November 2023, I got hair extensions done by the owner and paid $750 for the service, plus an additional $250 for color. Over the first three months, I tried to get maintenance, but every time I went, no one took responsibility. The owner ignored me multiple times, making me wait over an hour without any attention. From the start, I felt knots in my scalp and brought it up to her, but her only solution was to tie them with thread. When I finally decided to get them removed elsewhere (since they wanted to charge me another $250), I was left with a complete nightmare—my hair was so tangled that, even with detangler and conditioner, it all came out. I lost almost all my hair. The technique they use severely dehydrates and damages the hair. Over a year later, my hair still hasn’t fully recovered. The lack of follow-up and responsibility from the owner is unacceptable, and their prices do not reflect the quality or service they should be providing. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially if you care about your hair’s health. I’m attaching a photo of all the hair I lost due to the knots caused by their thread technique.

Le Walker This salon is small but has so many talented stylists! Im trying to let my hair grow but have never had someone to help in that process. My stylist, Courtney, is now keeping tabs on the adventure. I have curly hair, and it can get heavy and become style-less very easy. So, we made a plan for me to come in once a month to even things out and keep it styled. Its working great. Im there about 15 minutes, and Im on my way. Price us also good. Keisha will be coloring my hair. Happy Hair!
