I was there the other waiting while my watch was being serviced and I saw a young couple in love come in to shop for an engagement ring and it was so nice to see the time and care they were given. It’s nice to know that some businesses like this still exist. I will never shop at a big box jewelry store as long this wonderful store is around. You all are the best!!!

Using their CAD design software, they customized the ring exactly to my vision, brainstorming ideas together until we landed on a perfect design. Their pricing was also fantastic for the quality and service I received. The entire process felt seamless, personal, and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a custom, high-quality piece! We will definitely be back for our wedding bands.

There’s quite a bit of quality custom jewelry on display, and I definitely would recommend them for any repairs as well. We’ve brought quite a few rings and bracelets over the years, and I just dropped off my wife’s emerald bracelet. The quote was very reasonable! Also, a couple of weeks ago I brought in my watch band in for repair. It turned out they were able to fix it with an adjustment right on the spot and didn’t charge me. We definitely trust this company.
