Dean Calvo My household had been going to Hi-Tone for all of our jewelry needs for many years. The staff is always very professional, polite and honest. There’s quite a bit of quality custom jewelry on display, and I definitely would recommend them for any repairs as well. We’ve brought quite a few rings and bracelets over the years, and I just dropped off my wife’s emerald bracelet. The quote was very reasonable! Also, a couple of weeks ago I brought in my watch band in for repair. It turned out they were able to fix it with an adjustment right on the spot and didn’t charge me. We definitely trust this company.

Nick Tabbatha was absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I walked in carrying a bag from a competitor, and I didn’t even realize we were in the wrong store because the entire team was so welcoming. Tabbatha kindly adjusted a temporary sizer for her ring and was incredibly pleasant throughout. Only after helping us did she gently let us know about the mix-up. It’s incredible how one person’s kindness can brighten your day. I’d definitely consider returning—top-notch service!

Josh was incredibly quick and accommodating to my deadline, and worked one-on-one with me every step of the way. Using their CAD design software, they customized the ring exactly to my vision, brainstorming ideas together until we landed on a perfect design. Their pricing was also fantastic for the quality and service I received. The entire process felt seamless, personal, and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a custom, high-quality piece! We will definitely be back for our wedding bands.

Quiroz Carlos (TopChulo) So I purchased the green dial the other day and my wife loved it so much we returned to purchase the yellow dial for her. These are absolutely beautiful watches that look much more expensive than what we paid for them. So I have to acknowledge one of the managers at this Rim location Mr Oscar Barrera he is absolutely outstanding and his customer service is exceptional, they did not have the yellow variant at his store but he went out of his way to drive to another store to get this watch for us, he could have Easily told us to go to the other store but he did Not, this is the Exact reason why I shop at this store and I always deal with Oscar. The 3 reasons why I chose this Citizens watch was the colors on the dial are brilliant the president style band looks elegant and its very comfortable and the exhibition case back is a very nice touch, for the price of this watch its hard not to pull the trigger on it, so I did twice . Thank you Oscar you are the Best .

Me Ron’s Jewelers was recommended to me by a friend. I’m so happy she told me about it! I asked for a custom band to go with my engagement ring and gave them reference photos of what I was looking for within our budget. The ring was exactly what I wanted! I may have to ask to get two stones on the side removed as they bother my pinky and middle finger a bit, but I will give it a week to see if I get used to it. Regardless, I’m so happy I was able to get my dream band at a price we could afford. Wish I had gotten my engagement ring here too! Now hoping to get a custom band for my husband, can’t wait!

He gave us some recommendations on repairing the wedding band to last and making sure it doesnt get bent again, but in the meantime he said hed just reform it and clean my engagement ring free of charge. Last week, we brought back both my rings and hubbys wedding band for cleaning/polish service but Luis noticed the prongs of my engagement ring were getting worn. He quoted us the repair and we were told it would take about a week. We got the call they were ready before the week was up. Our rings are so shiny, they all look new! Good quality service!
