They also restrung a unique Native American crafted necklace that belonged to my father. Jason and Nichole are so kind and accommodating. This is a multi-generational family owned jeweler and I’m so happy to have found them. This is the kind of business that makes San Antonio special.

5 /5 Rose Jane Buitron: I apologize for taking so long to post a review but I definitely wanted to make sure to let Jason know how much I appreciate what he did for my granddaughter. I went in, last minute, and he graciously agreed to replace a diamond on my granddaughter’s ring and repair the prong by the following day so she would have it for a special “signing”ceremony for seniors at the Alamo Convocation Center. He not only replaced the diamond and repaired the prong but also checked/reinforced the prongs on the other stones and polished the ring. My granddaughter was thrilled with it and said it looked brand new. This was one of my rings that I had for close to 40 years and had given to her. I totally agree with my granddaughter. He made that old ring look brand new again. I am truly grateful that he was willing to do the work in one day and at a very reasonable cost. I had previously been to two jewelry stores that had given me very expensive estimates and between 2 weeks to a month to get it done. My son recommended Jimenez Jewelers which is run by Jason and his wife and I’m so glad I went there. Jason stayed late and worked past closing time the following day to complete the repair. I highly recommend these jewelers as I found them to be friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable and reasonable.

Theres nothing this man could not make or repair. His knowledge and expertise was awesome. From start to finish Jason and Nichole were welcoming and helped create my fiancé’s dream ring. We came in with sketches and left speechless with the final product. Not only did they bring the dream ring to life. They were professional, communicated with me during the entire process and worked with my budget. Jason even stayed late to ensure my ring would be done on time. I cannot thank Jason enough for all of his hard work. I would recommend Jimenez over any jeweler in San Antonio.
