5 /5 Dean Calvo: My household had been going to Hi-Tone for all of our jewelry needs for many years. The staff is always very professional, polite and honest. There’s quite a bit of quality custom jewelry on display, and I definitely would recommend them for any repairs as well. We’ve brought quite a few rings and bracelets over the years, and I just dropped off my wife’s emerald bracelet. The quote was very reasonable! Also, a couple of weeks ago I brought in my watch band in for repair. It turned out they were able to fix it with an adjustment right on the spot and didn’t charge me. We definitely trust this company.

The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. It’s a family-owned business, and you can really tell they take pride in their work. They only took about 15 minutes and it fit perfectly. I was so impressed by the quality, efficiency, and overall care they put into their work. Highly recommend!

I live by Bandera and 4 10, I called them to ask a few questions and Dylan answered, great attitude and you can just tell his passion and love that he has for his profession. So I went all the way to their store, and once I arrived at the jewelry store, his mom opened the door, I asked for Dylan. He was with another customer, He finished with him and he came to me and introduced himself. He has a lot of knowledge, Dylans Dad has been a great teacher and mentor to him. He fixed one of my gold crosses, while he was fixing it, I was looking at all their wonderful jewelry that they specifically make, there was gold, silver jewelry, and a lot of it with diamonds. At that moment I had the pleasure of meeting his mom Sandra. The place is clean, really organized, and very professional. Im gonna do more business with them. Ive been to other jewelry stores and had bad experiences, those other places all they want to do is take advantage, they overcharge you, and they dont care if they lose you as their customer. Keep up the great work! Update: Went back to get a Cuban Chain made, they did a great job! They did the Chain exactly the way I wanted it. The weight, length and the width. They truly earned my trust and respect. Everyone loved my chain at work and a lot of the coworkers said they will be doing some projects with Hi- Tone jewelry. 5 /5 Austin Smith: They saved us from Zales, fixed their (zales) mistakes and perfectly resized my fiancés engagement ring same day for way less. Great pricing and they have a very skilled team for custom jewelry. I’d much rather get my fiancés jewelry from them in the future.

The results show for themselves that you cant even tell it was broken to begin with. Im also very happy with the way they helped fix my bracelet. I love the display of handmade pieces, which is very impressive! Overall, I was very happy with their service. They are a very nice family, very kind and very hard working. Highly recommend.
