James Jaramillo If you are looking for the most beautiful selection of jewelry combined with the type of customer service that only a loving family owned business can offer then Rialto Jewelry is the place for you. I was there the other waiting while my watch was being serviced and I saw a young couple in love come in to shop for an engagement ring and it was so nice to see the time and care they were given. It’s nice to know that some businesses like this still exist. I will never shop at a big box jewelry store as long this wonderful store is around. You all are the best!!!

Jas m I recently came here to get a ring I purchased online appraised, and everything went better than expected!! The staff was very friendly. I came away with a peace of mind for the value of my ring. This place has a good selection of vintage jewelry and I would suggest going next door to check out the crystals for sale. I would highly recommend this local place if you’re ever in town.

Dean Calvo My household had been going to Hi-Tone for all of our jewelry needs for many years. The staff is always very professional, polite and honest. There’s quite a bit of quality custom jewelry on display, and I definitely would recommend them for any repairs as well. We’ve brought quite a few rings and bracelets over the years, and I just dropped off my wife’s emerald bracelet. The quote was very reasonable! Also, a couple of weeks ago I brought in my watch band in for repair. It turned out they were able to fix it with an adjustment right on the spot and didn’t charge me. We definitely trust this company.

Chris Ojeda Walking into Zales at South Park Mall, we honestly just needed a quick ring cleaning. Life happens, and my partner’s engagement ring was looking a little less sparkly than usual! We were greeted so warmly, and Jeanette took such great care of us. Not only did she offer to clean her ring, but she also mentioned that we still had a warranty on it! We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Jeanette explained that we even have options for future upgrades! It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful – so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We went in for a simple cleaning and left feeling so happy and informed about our options. Levi Haiisu I came in to get my great grandmother’s necklace cleaned so my mom could wear it to her wedding. I was AMAZED that Zales does free cleanings even if your piece isn’t from the store. I came in and was immediately greeted and helped at my scheduled appointment time. The process was too easy and makes me want to come here for my future jewelry needs. I went back, and the team immediately helped me get it resized. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I then went in store and she spent about 2 hours with me making sure that I got exactly what I was looking for and then she engraved everything! I will definitely be going back. T Pieper Jennifer was super duper awesome with us. She thoroughly went over all ring options with us, answered each, and every question we had about the purchase. She did this all with a smile all in all it was a very pleasant visit. Even surprised us with letting us know that our ring would be ready same day because it had to go up two sizes.
