Ashton Reynolds The woman at the front counter was extremely kind and very, very helpful. She let me try on as many rings as I wanted and gave me honest and helpful feedback. I ended up purchasing a handmade sterling silver ring with inlaid onyx. She said it was made by one of the elders and I’m obsessed with it!!

Jillian Cantu Store #142 Employee Christina and store manager Victoria were wonderful!!!! Christina especially! Christina was so patient and helpful in finding wedding bands within our balance! Our big day is 10/3/25 and they helped make our dreams a reality! I definitely recommend you guys to come here and ask for either of them! Thank you to Victoria for going out of her way to call another store and getting the ring we wanted they both went above and beyond in the name of good customer service

Lakeisha Harris I called in advance to make sure that they had what I wanted, I spoke with Desirae and she was very kind and helpful. I then went in store and she spent about 2 hours with me making sure that I got exactly what I was looking for and then she engraved everything! I will definitely be going back. Everyone was nice, but Desirae provided 20/10 customer service, by being patient and going above and beyond! Thank you.

John Pena Just had to share my recent experience at Jared Jewelry store located on San Pedro in San Antonio. I took my custom diamond ring of 10 years to have it repaired. I was greeted by Annie Gallo. She was very nice, polite, professional, informative and very helpful. I inquired about the cost of the ring repair. Annie was very helpful in looking up my purchase and found I had purchased the warranty. After a few minutes, my ring was taken to be repaired, at no cost, and I was informed it would be ready the following day. Two days later, I picked up my ring. All I can say is WOW! My ring looked better than when I purchased it. Jared did an amazing repair job. I was truly impressed with Jared. They proved to be trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. For my next diamond purchase, Jared will be first on my list. Thank you Annie and Jared for making this a memorable experience.

Nick Tabbatha was absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I walked in carrying a bag from a competitor, and I didn’t even realize we were in the wrong store because the entire team was so welcoming. Tabbatha kindly adjusted a temporary sizer for her ring and was incredibly pleasant throughout. Only after helping us did she gently let us know about the mix-up. It’s incredible how one person’s kindness can brighten your day. I’d definitely consider returning—top-notch service!

Annette was extremely polite and attentive and her customer service skills are excellent. She kept me updated throughout the process. My ring was completed earlier than estimated and they made sure it fit just right. I thought their pricing was very fair as well. Highly recommend this business.
