Tayler Henson Kelli and her dad were absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I both went in— and I honestly wasn’t even sure what I wanted. They pulled out every option imaginable. The variety of loose stones they have is incredible. What really stood out was how personal and honest they were. They said, “Tell us what you want, and we’ll figure out how to build it.” And they did just that—working within our budget and still creating my absolute dream ring. The quality is stunning, and it’s clear they genuinely care. Good, honest people who love what they do. We won’t be going anywhere else for jewelry from now on. Highly recommend!

Shanna Hollingsworth For years I’ve had 3 beautiful diamonds I stopped wearing because they just didn’t fit the person I am today. Every time I looked at them they represented my past. When I walked into Red Tree and spoke to Sean, I explained that I need them to represent the woman I am today. We discussed a ring that would hold my 3 diamonds and I wanted to add sapphires. Sean introduced me to Ceylon Sapphires. The most gorgeous sapphire in my opinion. An amazing cornflower blue. Sean did a rough sketch on what we discussed and already it was perfect on paper. I followed up with Gary, who’s the craftsman behind the ring. He gave me options on how the ring could look, traditional, modern, or somewhere in between. They gave me a number of Ceylon sapphires to choose from. And with their expertise, we chose the most beautiful sapphires to enhance my ring. Working with Sean and Gary was the result of true craftsmanship. When I picked up my ring, I was overwhelmed by the beauty of it. Those 3 diamonds that once were hidden in a drawer, now shine brilliantly. This ring is who I am today. Thank you Sean and Gary, you two are truly gifted at what you do.

Carla Jasso-Glavy Alonso jewelry helped design and create an updated wedding ring for me. The team there did an awesome job and I am so happy with the results. Annette was extremely polite and attentive and her customer service skills are excellent. She kept me updated throughout the process. My ring was completed earlier than estimated and they made sure it fit just right. I thought their pricing was very fair as well. Highly recommend this business.

Christi and Donnie were so welcoming as soon as I stepped foot into their door from showing me around their store, offering drinks and more importantly educating me to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Christi is so passionate about everything she offers in the store which is something I’ve learned to appreciate nowadays. The store was clean, well organized and artistically put together. After browsing through earrings, bracelets and necklaces I landed on a beautiful rose gold with diamond ring that’s stackable (which I thought was unique) for my girlfriend to show my appreciation for everything she does. Julie Delahunt Very customer service-oriented. Beautiful jewelry. Always clean my jewelry at no charge if I come in for repairs. I lost the main marquis diamond out of my original wedding ring from 1987 years ago. Suzanne, who worked there at the time, helped me design a new ring around a beautiful new marquis diamond they found for me. Bobby made that new ring for me and it’s one of a kind. I get compliments on it all the time!

Levi Haiisu I came in to get my great grandmother’s necklace cleaned so my mom could wear it to her wedding. I was AMAZED that Zales does free cleanings even if your piece isn’t from the store. I came in and was immediately greeted and helped at my scheduled appointment time. The process was too easy and makes me want to come here for my future jewelry needs.
