Joe Delgado My son Adam had an incredible experience working with coach T. His knowledge and expertise helped Adam achieve his fitness goals. He designed a personalized program that pushed him to his limits while ensuring my sons safety. His motivation and guidance were instrumental in keeping my son, Adam on track and motivated. Kekoa Gross I worked out at MVMT lab from November 2024 through January of 2025, while I was in Denton temporarily for work. This is an outstanding gym with a dedicated staff that was engaging, motivating, and a knowledgeable resource for athletes at every level of experience. They have a comprehensive program that is scalable, and I saw significant improvement in many areas of my training. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to engage in fitness at any level. Doug Ferguson This is actually Holly Ferguson. I have been taking private sessions with Melissa for over 2 years now. I was in pretty bad shape when I first walked into Twisted Bodies. I had posture issues, feet and balance issues and pretty much zero core. Melissa took the challenge seriously and got me straightened out! She started me out on the reformer, then moved to the Cadillac and now I am doing a lot of step/balance work, TRX and weight training. My posture has improved, my feet and balance are SO much better and most importantly I am stronger! I am turning 65 next month and feel this has been an investment in my overall health. I cant say enough about how grateful I am for this studio!

Jendayi Horton I’ve had such a great experience at this gym, and I really want to take a moment to shout out Parker for his amazing customer service. Every time I’ve had a question about my membership or needed help with something, he’s shown a real sense of urgency, patience, and professionalism. He makes sure I always leave with a clear answer, and you can tell he truly cares about helping members feel supported. The gym itself is also outstanding. The equipment is always clean, well-maintained, and there’s a huge variety—everything from a wide selection of weight machines to smooth, well-oiled treadmills. The sauna is a major plus and always feels relaxing and well kept. But one of my favorite parts is the women’s gym area. It’s such a positive, welcoming, body-inclusive space. I love that they’ve created an environment where every woman can feel comfortable, confident, and empowered while working out. Overall, the atmosphere, the staff, and the facilities make this one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of. Big thanks again to Parker for going above and beyond!

Michelle Fredrickson We had an excellent experience with Texas Galaxy during our time there. They foster a safe space for all children to learn and grow. The coaches are uplifting and encouraging. They really care about the kids that go there.

Leslie Evans I have loved HOTWORX at Denton Crossing. I have received excellent and responsive customer service. The sauna experienced has had as much positive impact on my mental health as it has my physical health. I can only echo the review below saying that HOTWORX is my happy place. When I needed to cancel my membership due to a loss of income I was terribly sad. I was met with quick response and I did not experience trouble with this process. I cannot wait to be able to rejoin in the future.

Sydney Bradford The overall idea of HotWorx is so great and I love working out here. This review is in regards to the amazing staff members who were so helpful. I had some issues with canceling to move locations, but the girls were so accommodating. After a hiccup with cancellation, Mary was able to swiftly get it resolved and was so kind! Great staff members!!!
