3 /5 Sam Stilwell: Corporate neglect - I feel a little bad about the 3 star review bc Dennis at the front desk, Bri and everyone else I’ve interacted with at the location have been great. The issue is this location just doesn’t seem to matter to corporate that much. Equipment breaks and stays broken for weeks and sometimes months. With the amount of foot traffic this location sees you would think they would increase the overall footprint of the gym and prioritize hiring more repair techs to combat the problem. They already increased membership dues to account for repair costs but their response to broken equipment hasn’t changed. And yes, that’s 4 (out of 6 total) cables that are currently broken.

5 /5 Trey Talley: Nice big gym with lots of variety. With all of the equipment to choose from, you can get a different workout every time you go. Gets a bit too busy between 5-7 pm. Rest of the day is fine. They work hard to keep the gym and equipment clean. This is much appreciated!

5 /5 Ana Jaimes: The staff of always welcoming. Cory is super helpful and making conversation so makes me feel better about coming into the gym. Never feel judge and especially the women’s section was the winner for me when looking at gyms. Price is a win too! Gym is always clean. There’s so many machines for choices. Do wish they had childcare for my 2 year old so can come in more often but that’s okay.

5 /5 Jendayi Horton: I’ve had such a great experience at this gym, and I really want to take a moment to shout out Parker for his amazing customer service. Every time I’ve had a question about my membership or needed help with something, he’s shown a real sense of urgency, patience, and professionalism. He makes sure I always leave with a clear answer, and you can tell he truly cares about helping members feel supported. The gym itself is also outstanding. The equipment is always clean, well-maintained, and there’s a huge variety—everything from a wide selection of weight machines to smooth, well-oiled treadmills. The sauna is a major plus and always feels relaxing and well kept. But one of my favorite parts is the women’s gym area. It’s such a positive, welcoming, body-inclusive space. I love that they’ve created an environment where every woman can feel comfortable, confident, and empowered while working out. Overall, the atmosphere, the staff, and the facilities make this one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of. Big thanks again to Parker for going above and beyond!
