Dr. DL Leddon I want to say that of all the fitness/ physical therapy centers, and health/wellness groups, Fitness Factory (FF) in Denton, & working with Julia and Kyle, has been the most sound and progressive fitness/health program Ive subjected (LOL) myself to!! I am in a long term program, working out at Robson Ranch with both Julia and Kyle, in an evolving training program featuring recovering strength and stability with both major and related minor muscle groups. Ive met most of my goals, and have still aways to go. I chose Fitness Factory because we had heard about Julia who had had a lot of success with seniors post-surgery fitness recovery. I then observed Julia with a client one day, and she was right there, teaching, & demonstrating/observing proper form. She also did her own form versions, explaining the why & how of muscle function. I told my husband, "I want her" as my trainer. He agreed. Now, I work out mostly with Kyle who is also excellent. Kyle and Julia as owners value their clients safety and wellbeing as the most important factor in their personal fitness goals. In addition, they are responsive, on time, energetic, and professional. They ensure their own facilities and equipment are clean and in good shape. To sum this all up, I cannot recommend more highly, Fitness Factor as the best fitness facility due to the enthusiastic and highly professional attitude of its owners who know how to have a good time even as youre beating yourself into shape!! (LOL!)

Xiobanie Mendez I have been a member of this gym for over a year now. The gym is clean, organized and well equipped. The manager, Lindsey is very friendly and always makes sure that the gym is always orderly. Thank you for being so welcoming.

daniel warnick Like the other review said I had to wait, but it was worth it. I didnt want to interrupt class i went in on a Tuesday which is a day for higher belts than i am. Anyways once i did receive the attention needed, the ladies there were very helpful.i ended up going to judo on a Thursday and it was a blast. While as an adult you are in the same room as the children, and at one point in time you are working out right along side the same children. Later you are split up by age, adults and children. Way cool place come and see for yourself. Good atmosphere and good training for the money. Hope the info helps.

Patricia Owen I absolutely LOVE and look forward to working out everyday now ever since I joined Total Fitness Kickboxing a year ago!! Best birthday gift I ever gave myself. Lost fat, gained muscle, got healthier in general AND had fun doing it!! The trainers and the music make it so fun and goes by so fast and distracts you from the fact that you’re sweating up a storm! So glad I decided to check out the free class!!

Eddie Renz I love coming to this Stretch Lab. The staff is so kind and top notch. I started going to improve my range of motion in my leg after a knee surgery and these stretches have really helped. I highly recommend this if you feel you could use a good stretch!

Zach Thomas Amazing place, very friendly staff, great pool, the lifeguards are very nice and the food is really good, they’re is so much to do here I love it! Highly recommend coming here. Please fix the outdoor mister sprayers and water fountains! Also a great addition to add here would be pool tables and ping pong tables!

Sydney Bradford The overall idea of HotWorx is so great and I love working out here. This review is in regards to the amazing staff members who were so helpful. I had some issues with canceling to move locations, but the girls were so accommodating. After a hiccup with cancellation, Mary was able to swiftly get it resolved and was so kind! Great staff members!!!
