Miguel Mireles I went on December 26th and got a pedicure the lady cut too far down in my toe nail and now I have a constant pain. Giving it 3 stars because my toes still look good

Jeanna Sanchez The ladies here are absolutely amazing. I love how they work together and they seem to be always having a good time with each other. I got my nails done. Picked a color, I normally would not choose. My fault I know. Came back a couple days later… I told them I didn’t like it and without hesitation they said I could change it. Best ladies ever!!!

Jane They did a terrible job. They chipped the same night, she left polish on my skin. Parts of my nails didnt even have polish on them. I went back and asked them to fix it, they said no because the woman who did my nails wasnt there. You should honor the work done in your salon, someone else should have fixed them for me. Very disappointed. I would not reccomend this salon at all. I should get a refund, but they wont do that either. Poor customer service, poor way to run a business. I will never go back.

Monica Lopez John did amazing on my pedicure, especially with my ingrown toenails. It was the best experience I’ve had. It was not as painful as it usually is when having them taken out. He also did my SNS perfectly. It was Fourth of July when I went so it was busy, but all the staff was accommodating to me and all the other customers. It’s definitely worth traveling from Kingsville to Corpus Christi!

Alexis O I’m OBSESSED with my nails. I love classy with a bling touch and John executes it every time! I can’t get over it. And my nails always last. I get so many compliments. And every time I visit the salon, John and Kelly make my experience the best :)

Naomi Cruz If you are looking for precision and attention to detail for your nails, Lauren is your girl. Im pretty basic and simple with my nail requests and Lauren always deliver exactly what I want. She always makes sure its just you and her so the whole focus is on you as a client. She also makes sure that every little thing in your nails is to your like. The nail salon is personal with a very relaxing atmosphere. Im so glad I found her and I will never trade her for another nail artist!

Shelia Hinds Mistreatment and poor job in CalAllen area. Nails Chipping after 2nd day. He forgot to put sealant as the last step. I was going to a wedding 3 hours away and didn’t have time to waste. He only used a fan to dry my nails. I had no shine at all! They said they took walk ins. I asked for a mani pedi. Guy at 1st chair took me. After I came in, the shop got busy. Midway through a nice woman came and asked for a mani pedi. She had no appt. After she waited about 10 minutes, while doing my nails, my tech says “I don’t think we will have time to do your pedicure.” I said ‘it’s okay I’ll find someplace else. But while paying, and giving him a tip, (which I should not have) he tells the nice lady to go in the back to get her pedi. I gave him the look. Apparently I had the wrong characteristics. Moved all the way from DC/MD area to get treated like this. I feel skin color had a place in the treatment I received. I found another place that was so nice and comforting. Toes look better than hands. Solar nails you should be ashamed!!! I will not return.

Kloe Torres i do not love my set . i have never had my set look this bad ever in my life . i showed a picture for my homecoming set & i was thinking i was going to walk out of the salon looking exactly like that well i had to walk out with something completely different i did not like it what so ever . i do not recommend going here . the first picture is what i wanted & the second one is what i got i am so upset & disappointed. & made me pay 120 for this like come on??? let’s be so for real right now .

Norma Ramirez Use to be good.Went for a manicure. No water was used other than when I was told to wash my hands. Nancy messed up my cuticles using only lotion and a very bad manicure throughout the experience. The other older lady always did a great job on my manicures.... If I go back it will be for that kind of manicure.

Kimberly Dawson Everyone is always.very welcoming. If there is a wait time the try to make it as little as possible. Pedicures are fantastic for me. Manicures are quick but precise to my and others liking. Thank u for your service

Mama Llama Unsanitary. They do not clean tools like they are supposed to. They will use it on someone before you and then come over to use it on you. If you dont believe me look at the purple foot files. They are supposed to change those for each person but they are always so used looking and thin. Shop is dirty and they are rude unless you are a regular. Everytime i have been here my nails have hurt for days after, but have since learned that is because they are either using mma illegal monomer or they just file your nails way too much. Either way is not good for your nails. Take your chances if you want.

Keryn Garcia I normally don’t get overlay nails.. but it was the best decision I made! She was very helpful in helping me choose the best color for my nails! I cannot thank her enough! I’m definitely coming back with her!

Karina Amaya I had gel done last month. I had my nails one for one whole month before needing to get them redone. Now thats impressive! I love this salon! Everyone is very sweet and friendly and it is a very clean salon.

CC Lynch Wanted to try this place based on the reviews, and had a 20% off coupon. Wasnt able to sit and get a pedicure with my mom and sister due to being short staffed. So I got my manicure. The guy didnt finish taking off my previous work done on my nails, nails are extremely crooked and I left with glue all over my hands. My mom just wanted a clear coat that they charged me $25 for and they didnt even shape her nails! Went to pay out, totally disappointed with the job done. Mind you I still left a tip and the lady told me that the tip wasnt enough. That they all 3 shared the tip. I was in shock. $15 on $120 isnt 20% but look at our nails. Ridiculous! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. EVER! Mind you nothing was 20% off, its just something to get you through the door.

Brenda Cantu I got shellac on my hands.. it barley lasted ONE week. Also I got a pedicure and the girl there made me bleed a lot… that’s not safe at all! After my pedicure she stored all the tools away without cleaning them. It looks dirty in there. Never going back what a waste of money..

Scout Pels I love going to get my pedicures here. I am from port an and we only have two places that are either really expensive or not very great. Every time I ask for something specific they do it no problem. And the pricing is amazing. I’ve never got my finger nails done there but I’m sure it’s the same. They are talented and very kind. I will recommend them to every one In I know! Thank you so much again!! Sorry for the weird foot pic but I just want to show the work that was done for me in such a timely manner. 10/10

Lucy Turnbaugh I love this nail spot. The one woman who works there is so nice, accommodating, and friendly to chat with. I got a full set of acrylic with gel polish and they came out phenomenal, not thick and clumpy at all, really thin and gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend this place, just know coming in that there is only one employee at the moment so you either need to be patient or make an appointment. 10 out of 10.

Melinda Licon Great atmosphere and everyone is so friendly. The most amazing technicians. Top nail techs to ask for are Phillip, Julie and Destiny. You will not be disappointed. Owner Tommy is always on site and he does nails too!

bridget macias Very bubbly nails. I understand they are short and that is why the guy who did them said they are fat but let me tell you that I normally get my nails done this short and they are never fat! I asked for square with sharp edges and I got round! I used to live in corpus and would always go to golden nails so I looked forward to them and I am disappointed. 3 days later by the way and they are chipping and lifting. The guy who did them must be new or something because the prep was awful and he just drilled away my cuticles and didnt even ask me to rinse my hand with water before the clear coat. That or the products are cheap… Before these awful nails I had a full set on that I had for about a month with no chipping, no lifting and all in perfect condition and still shiny but I got them done in Austin Texas (where I will continue to get them done). The only thing was they were grown and ready for a new set. I will not be going to golden nails again.

Tanya Valdez I was excited to get my nails done and asked for a very simple look. I wanted a more natural square look and emphasized that request. I also asked for a simple cat eye gel design. The guy doing my nails was very rough, didn’t say a word to me the entire time, and didn’t know how to use cat eye gel. I kept asking him to go shorter, and he said the design won’t work on short nails (which is not true). He didn’t even put cuticle oil on me, which I thought was the norm. They came out too long, very thick, and much wider than my fingers or what I asked. I kept hiding my hands because they looked bad. I still gave a tip, because that’s what I do, but decided that was the first and last time I was going there. This picture is about 7 days after getting them done. I kept filing down the edges that would scratch me.

Stephanie Powers To say I love this place is an understatement, my daughter and I have been coming to this amazing place for well over 10 years or so and even after we moved over 40 minutes away I still return to have my full sets and pedicures along with brow wax here at Perfect Nails! Kathy, Kim, Belle, Amanda and everyone else have always been so beautiful and amazing with what they do for us. Besides being the most wonderful women they are just perfect as they are. Even when I hadn’t been into the salon I came in almost a year later and still received the same kind treatment I always receive. You won’t be disappointed! Always get what I need here! Atmosphere is great as well!

Audra Munguia I was in a hurry & this happened to be the place next to my home so I ended up going & getting a French tip & although the guy didn’t know I was kinda in a rush, he was done in a timely manner & even sang a little bit, which was soothing to me, while he did my nails. Mostly because he didn’t have bad vocals at all & I was ready for a nap . Only thing I disliked was that the AC wasn’t on when I went in, but after 2 other customers went in after me, they turned it on & then put a movie on. It’s been 2 weeks tho & ALL my nails are STILL on & I be busting down in the kitchen w cooking & cleaning & has expected to lose at least one by now. It’s already time to redo them actually. I recommend this place if you want nails that stay on for awhile.

Karen Gonzalez I usually have good a good experience here with quality work. This time, not so much. I got a gelx pedicure and the polish in 3of my toenails came out in less than 3 days. Also the man who was doing my nails burned my toe with their machine. Didnt apologize or anything eventhough he saw that he hurt me. He just kept on spraying alcohol on my toe. Thats never happened before. Im not confrontational so I didnt call them to get the issues resolved. Based on other reviews, if you do call, they give you issues and give you the mean look. Due to this Im afraid to ask them to fix them. I Normally spend over 200 dollars per visit since I always bring someone with me. After this experience, I dont think I will recommend them again. *edit* After I posted this. They gave me a call and offered to fix my nails, but unfortunately, I couldnt go back.

Lexie M. Went in December 20th a bit later in the evening, around 6:30 or so. My friend and I were quickly and I mean QUICKLY rushed to pick out our nail color by an older woman. We were instructed to sit on opposite sides of the room with my friends back to me. I would have preferred to sit with my friends to get our nails done together but I do understand if it’s a matter of their personal stations. Nevertheless, I was picking my shellac color off the little slides they have. They basically picked my color for me after looking for a few minutes, overhearing me say turquoise and then her son just placing 2 color options to choose from. I proceeded with the nails anyway as I felt as I was being rushed, even though their closing time was 8 o clock. The color itself wasn’t that bad even though it’s not at all what I hoped for but the nails themselves were horrible. Bubbles underneath, the polish didn’t even reach the bottoms of my nails toward the cuticle nor toward the side of the nail. Huge gaps of empty nail. Not to mention she hardly cut and cleaned up my cuticles or nails before paining. My nails began peeling and chipping within a day. My friend’s nail tech was amazing. She is a young woman, trying to be a traveling nurse: She talked to her throughout, gave her a great set of nails, and took her time. We both only got shellac polish and when my nails were done, I walked over to my friend’s surprise at how fast I was done. I’m not sure I’ll ever be back but if I do, I hope to get the artist my friend got!

Keren Garza I am honestly very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. I am very picky but I can work around some things but this was unacceptable. I did an overlay on my nails which I think they were long enough to do it, but I believe that if the guy couldn’t do it they should have told me they couldn’t do an overlay to do SNS. Within the same day and maybe 2 hours later my nail completely popped off my nail. He tried to fix the all product all over my cuticle but you can see that it was cut and not filled properly. I am not returning back.

Alexis Lyle not at all what i wanted! my nails are already lifting and i just got them done wednesday. she was so rough with my nails. they are way to over dipped. i paid 85 dollars for this set! i am not happy!!

Mz Mac Came to get a $56 gel fill from Vanessa who did an absolute amazing job and understood the assignment on my mail shape. I will most definitely be back. I love the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the establishment and the staff customer service.

April Linan This place is very underrated i feel, i went for my first time today and when i left i was SO relaxed.. when i walked in it was very quiet and the receptionist welcomed me in and offered me a beverage i got the iced coffee (it was actually very good). the pedicure room is very different from other salons in corpus, its very dim (there’s a light over your feet) the chairs were SO comfortable i felt like i melted in! & they also gave me a warmed up neck pillow as well! :) i got the luxury escapes pedicure from danny and it was worth every dollar! they’ve definitely gained a new client! 10/10

Dar Osberg I love this place’s ambiance, the quality of work and service is wonderful. However, since they first opened, it used to be nice and quiet and relaxing, now there’s usually kids wining while mom gets her pedicure or climbing around in the chairs which I don’t appreciate. I know sometimes you have to have your kids with you but I’d gladly pay more to have an adult only experience. With that being said. I will definitely keep coming here because the staff are wonderful and the quality of service is stellar.
