Kenneth Bell We had a wonderful experience at my surgery at Palo Pinto General Hospital. The staff was warm and gracious from check in to check out. The nursing staff was great - Crystal and all the Cs. They were helpful to answer any questions and making sure you were comfortable - physically as well as mentally for upcoming surgery. They were very friendly as worked to keep one at ease. Lu was very helpful in recovery to make sure I was completely ready to go. We had a couple of setbacks and she was very patient and caring. She worked to ensure my departure and ride home would be successful. Love Dr. Warren and all the day surgery staff.

Butterfly Cruz Front desk lacks phone etiquette. They need to understand, and learn to be patient with their patients, especially with your elderly. What if it was your mom or grandparents. Please hire people that actually care for the job and not only for the money. Some lack empathy! They say “ will call right back”, and they actually don’t.

He doesn’t hold back because he cares and wants you to take initiative for yourself. He is the best Dr. I have ever had he is definitely the last of the breed you would call real!!

jason rhoades I would rather eat glass than EVER go to this quack again. He so poorly misdiagnosed, as is his MO, that I spent 20+ years believing his diagnosis and not seeking a second opinion…. Guess what happened? I got a 2nd opinion, had a 45 minute surgery and am PERFECT afterwards. Alex Lopez, Quak,md, should have his license revoked.

Irene Barnett I came by ambulance from home, due to high blood sugar and dehydration! My dr was awesome! So thoughtful and thorough! After he checked me and started a drip to correct my dehydration, he brought me a sandwich, because I was hungry late in the night! Thank you Dr Sandau!

Michael Morris I have no idea why these people are still pushing an ineffective and dangerous vaccine, attempting to institute failed policies by trying to force people to wear a mask that are completely healthy, or putting on display their poor customer service actions. Guess its time to change doctor offices again. Funny though, never actually once saw a doctor at this place. Just sheep and minions.

Marisol Ramos Since Dr Diaz has left this Well Med that took over are to be very unorganized n have a lot of issues with my medicines etc.

Noe Silguero Keep calling to make an appointment for Dr. Elizondo and keep getting told its full to call back at a later time. Cant keep calling back and having the same thing said to me over and over. A patient can die waiting for an appointment. Not all but some of the staff dont seem to care either.

Barbara Royal I currently have a family member in this facility for 8 days. Still no plan of care established and no communication. When asking questions you get blame others or crickets. PLEASE do not take family there.

Thank you to all of Them on shift that day!! Med Surg Nurses, Hospitalist, were also GREAT! And then there’s the Radiology Staff….TOP NOTCH!! Would recommend Christus Spohn Alice to EVERYONE!!!

Cammy Canales Efficient and friendly staff makes the hospital stay a good experience. No complaints from my husband, who was the patient. The cafeteria good is excellent.
