Mavis Discount Tire
Philip Burns I called Mavis Discount Tire in the morning, and they were able to take me in right away. I thought I had a leak in one of my tires from a recent replacement, so I went in to have the tires mounted, rebalanced, and to get an oil change. After inspecting everything, they didnā€™t find any leaks but did find a bad sensor in one of the tires. Ryan was very honest and let me know that replacing the sensor wasnā€™t necessaryā€”it wouldnā€™t affect passing an inspection. I chose to replace it anyway and had my oil changed as well. What really stood out to me was their honestyā€”they didnā€™t charge me for mounting and balancing the tires since it wasnā€™t needed. That kind of integrity is hard to find. Ryan and the rest of the staff were very courteous, kind, and professional. I highly recommend them!

Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers
Scott Ramirez I had a great experience with Monro and will consider having future work performed at this location. I purchased snow tires from The Tire Rack and TPMS sensors from Autel to be mounted on wheels from a car I replaced. I had the tires delivered directly to Monro #14 through Tire Tacks affiliate installer service. I also programmed the TPMS sensors myself and marked each with which location I wanted them installed. I ordered the tires on the Tuesday before thanksgiving and they arrived the next day. I received a call from the shop manager within 20 minutes of the UPS notification telling me that they were delivered. I brought the old wheels to them. They had the old tires removed, new TPMS sensors installed, new snow tires mounted, balanced, and installed on my car within 2.5 hours. This was the smoothest complicated purchase Iā€™ve made in a long time. The store manager communicated well and the work was great. He even had my car parked just outside the front door with the factory wheels and tires loaded neatly in bags in the back of my new car. Well done!

Kayla Parmele I pulled into Kelseyā€˜s automotive spur the moment when the lever to pop my front hood broke. It was about 25 minutes before they closed, one of the guys stopped what they were doing to help me out. He had it fixed in 10 minutes and didnā€™t even charge me for it. I offered to pay twice and he refused to take payment for it, he just did it out of the goodness of his heart and thatā€™s a hard thing to come by nowadays. A major shout out to these guys, Iā€™m definitely going to be doing business with them in the future.

Susan Garber I was recommended to go to this shop, as I needed a state inspection and oil change, and had a great experience. This is a ā€œMom & Popā€ shop and the couple that owes it are very down to earth people. Their daughter and son-in-law also work there, and everyone was very friendly and personable. They are also very honest and wonā€™t tell you work ā€œneeds to be doneā€ on your car that isnā€™t truly needed. My car currently has an open recall, but I was told by the dealer the parts were in a national shortage. Without even asking, Foxā€™s looked up, within a 250-mile radius, a search for who might have the part that I needed to see if they could find the part to complete the recall. They also helped explain to me what the recall was about and why it was important. Unfortunately, no one had the part, but I thought it was above and beyond that they checked to begin with and just reflects on their character. I will most definitely be going back.

Mark Burks To our car in for what I tight would be a pretty sizable repair. Explained what was going on to Nick and he asked for a couple days on a repair line it sounded like. I received a phone call a couple hours later, explaining that the repair wasnt going to be nearly as costly as expected, it tiebreaker out to be a very small thing. So we asked him to fix that and then also a couple other minor things. Excellent service, very friendly and explained everything that was done, and why.
