Tim You will not find a more honest and friendly auto service establishment. Jim, Jenny and the mechanics that work here are really world class. So happy to have them in the area. All work is done to a standard of excellence I haven’t found anywhere else. Its no wonder they were voted best in the finger lakes. Thank you all for taking the stress and anxiety out of getting my car fixed.

Susan Garber I was recommended to go to this shop, as I needed a state inspection and oil change, and had a great experience. This is a “Mom & Pop” shop and the couple that owes it are very down to earth people. Their daughter and son-in-law also work there, and everyone was very friendly and personable. They are also very honest and won’t tell you work “needs to be done” on your car that isn’t truly needed. My car currently has an open recall, but I was told by the dealer the parts were in a national shortage. Without even asking, Fox’s looked up, within a 250-mile radius, a search for who might have the part that I needed to see if they could find the part to complete the recall. They also helped explain to me what the recall was about and why it was important. Unfortunately, no one had the part, but I thought it was above and beyond that they checked to begin with and just reflects on their character. I will most definitely be going back.

Miranda Mitchell I am very pleased with the service and respect that I received from Steve Shannon Tire and Auto Center. I was able to get my tires and have them put on all in the same day. They were able to squeeze me in for an inspection and oil change as well. Then when they discovered my caliper was bad they were able to replace that so my car could be inspected. They worked quickly and communicated every step of the way! I am so grateful they were able to do all that work for me all in one day without hesitation! They are the best and I will continue going to them from even an hour away, they are worth the drive. Prices are reasonable and the mechanics and service men are very pleasant and friendly! Scott Ramirez I had a great experience with Monro and will consider having future work performed at this location. I purchased snow tires from The Tire Rack and TPMS sensors from Autel to be mounted on wheels from a car I replaced. I had the tires delivered directly to Monro #14 through Tire Tacks affiliate installer service. I also programmed the TPMS sensors myself and marked each with which location I wanted them installed. I ordered the tires on the Tuesday before thanksgiving and they arrived the next day. I received a call from the shop manager within 20 minutes of the UPS notification telling me that they were delivered. I brought the old wheels to them. They had the old tires removed, new TPMS sensors installed, new snow tires mounted, balanced, and installed on my car within 2.5 hours. This was the smoothest complicated purchase I’ve made in a long time. The store manager communicated well and the work was great. He even had my car parked just outside the front door with the factory wheels and tires loaded neatly in bags in the back of my new car. Well done!

Blair Harris Rare high level hometown type service. I experienced an issue with my trunk latch module on the way to get my oil changed at Finish Line, which seemed to resolve itself. After my oil change the issue returned on my way home. I drove back and asked Brandon if he could take look at it. He worked on it for close to a half hour and refused to take any payment. Friendly, professional and honest. Outstanding service.

Brian McIntyre Tony and Toby repaired the body rust and repainted my 1968 Chevy Suburban. It was quite a mess when I limped it over to the shop and (mostly as a favor to me) they worked on it between other jobs. They faced a number of difficulties with restoration parts not fitting but with creative energy they got through them. When I finally saw it getting painted it reminded me of the old days when the truck looked pretty good. Right now it looks great and I am finishing the inside and some lingering mechanical work. Working with all the staff at Becker Motors was enlightening, encouraging, and inspirational in getting this oldie-but-goodie back on the road. Great experience!
